With Erick Rowan back on television this week, things are about to heat up for Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton and Luke Harper. The big man has been out with a torn rotator injury

Erick Rowan back

A torn rotator cuff took Erick Rowan off the road. He has been away from WWE since the latter part of 2016. The big man was fairly instrumental at live events and television. Rowan was not a centerpiece. However, he was routinely utilized. During the past month, Erick was spotted at the Performance Center. He used that time to test his body in the ring. Rowan appears ready to go full time on the road again. World Wrestling Entertainment always needs more healthy bodies.

Erick Rowan at Wrestlemania 33

Wrestlemania 33 is around the corner. Performers have been jockeying for a spot on the card. It has been especially harder this year. WWE has brought back several of their top names for the show. Guys like Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and Undertaker have high profile spots. Erick Rowan would love to be on the card. However, he is going to need some help. The creative department might be able to squeeze him into the story line involving Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper. Of course, they could also just resort to doing a straight up singles match.

Erick Rowan in Wyatt Family

WWE will need to figure out how they want to use Erick Rowan. Right now, he is not strong enough to stand on his own. If utilized by himself, Rowan becomes lost in the shuffle. He is just another big man. World Wrestling Entertainment has plenty of fillers. Erick can be more than that. He might not be a main event level performer. However, he can still be useful. That might mean being a part of the Wyatt Family again. Bray Wyatt is a character that needs followers. Luke Harper is ready to stand alone. Rowans needs a stable for now.
