It appears that TNA will now have more support from POP TV than they ever had from Spike TV and Destination America. Network president Brad Schwartz has revealed that he is a long time fan of professional wrestling. He event went to Wrestlemania when he was younger. Schwartz even made sure to bring CBS executives to the meetings because he wanted them to hear from Dixie Carter herself.

Since it is the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year, it is no secret that everyone in WWE wants to get on the main card at Wrestlemania. The Dudley Boyz are no exception. The two of them have been campaigning for some sort of match at the pay per view. It is being said that they are heavily pitching dream matches because that would be more of a draw than them working against current teams.

The company has announced that they have signed a deal with the Texas Lottery to produce wrestling related scratch offs. Stephanie McMahon pushed the fact that proceeds from these games will be used to help fund the education system in the state. The promotion is designed to bring more attention to Wrestlemania, which is being held in Dallas.

The UFC star recently defended recently suspended Nate Diaz and stated that MMA should not test for marijuana. Since World Wrestling Entertainment cares greatly about their brand, they might not want to be associated with those comments.

In addition to Dana White and UFC refusing to give her permission, Rousey herself has revealed that she has signed on to do a movie in Indonesia during the month of March and April. There would not be enough time for her to train for the match.

The internet wrestling community cannot get enough of the Undertaker, so there is going to be some disappointment when they realize that he might not be back on television for quite some time. The belief is that WWE is going to let him rest up until it is time to build up his big match at Wrestlemania, which is rumored to be a rematch against Brock Lesnar. He more than likely will return in March.
