Steiner challenges Hogan

In a rather interesting development, Scott Steiner has challenged Hulk Hogan to come to the Legends of Wrestling event on June 7, 2015 in New York. Steiner states that Hogan's biggest claim to fame is body slamming Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania decades ago. He is putting up a million dollars out of his own pocket to say that Hogan cannot body slam him now. Of course, Steiner also threatened to attack Hogan if he does show up in the ring.

For the longest time, Sheamus wanted really badly to work a Wrestlemania match against the Undertaker. He feels that the opportunity is now gone because his streak has been broken. The Celtic Warrior now wants to work a match against the man that broke that streak, and he wants it to happen at the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year. He stated during an interview that he hopes that WWE finally gives him a crack at Brock Lesnar.

It finally made a return this year, and Vince McMahon needed a lot of convincing before giving it the green light. It has now been revealed that he actually hates tournament. The belief is that Wrestlemania 4 did one and produced lackluster numbers.

That is how valuable management thinks Ronda will be for the next Wrestlemania, which will take place at the palace known as the AT&T Stadium next year.

While everyone involved has been denying the backstage heat rumors, it speaks volume that McMahon doesn't even bother to attend Wrestlemania any more. That is the biggest event of the year, and one would expect him to at least be in attendance.

He is now expressing interest in professional wrestling. GSP revealed to fans at a convention that he is definitely interested in making an appearance in WWE, something similar to what Ronda Rousey did at Wrestlemania. Management should be calling soon.

During a recent interview, Dana White flat out stated that Ronda has already done her last segment in professional wrestling. He understandably does not want to lose one of his biggest draws, especially since the company is lacking a bit in star power as of late.

He also revealed that he would not be at the next Wrestlemania.

WWE discovered some disturbing news when they checked the ratings for Monday Night Raw this week. The show lost more than 1.5 million viewers in the span of seven days. The company has trouble keeping people interested after Wrestlemania. This does not sit well with Vince McMahon. A lot of wrestling fans opted to watch the season finale of Better Call Saul and the NCAA Championship game between Duke and Wisconsin.

It has now been announced by Marvel that Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will begin taping in February. The former world heavyweight champion will be reprising the role of Drax the Destroyer, and he should be too occupied to train for a return to the wrestling ring.
