Some more interesting news are coming from the camp of Vince Russo. He has officially decided to leave Pyro and Ballyhoo, a website where was the part owner. That has led to some confusion with those in the internet wrestling community, who do not understand how someone could leave something that they owned. The belief is that Russo and the other partners did not agree on the direction that the business venture was headed.

Those that watched Smackdown this week have noticed that Wade Barrett has added a new wrinkle to gimmick. The WWE Intercontinental Champion has started doing a thing called the Bad News Zone, which is essentially a play on TMZ, the gossip website that routinely covers professional wrestling. There are talks that this could be a temporary thing, but as is usually the case with management, it all hinges upon the reaction from the audience.

It was actually a scene that was being filmed for an upcoming comedy featuring the famous actor. However, the WWE legend will not be around as much for the next couple of months. That, of course, will lead to speculations by the internet wrestling community. Foley decided to curb some of the speculation by revealing that he is simply taking time off to focus on educating his two youngest children.

Sometimes in life, words get skewed and used against you. Jim Ross experienced that yet again this week when certain wrestling websites stated that he was bashing Roman Reigns during a recent blog entry. The former WWE commentator explained that he did not think that Reigns was ready to be a Wrestlemania main event performer at this point in time. Ross pointed out that there was still plenty of time for Reigns to become someone worthy of that spot.

When Rikishi recently called out Kim Kardashian, a celebrity who is well known for his physical attributes, to compete in a big booty competition, the former WWE star was doing so, in hopes of generating media attention for his wrestling promotion. It looks like he has pulled that off rather successfully, as TMZ gave him some free coverage. The well known gossip website wrote an article about the challenge, and they even posted the video.
