Cain Velasquez to WWE

When asked if he was open to a career in professional wrestling, Cain Velasquez said that it would be something that he might consider down the line. Right now, he is focused on his career in UFC. If Velasquez does choose to make the jump after retiring from MMA, the belief is that WWE would definitely be interested in someone with his level of name value. He has fought Brock Lesnar before, so that match would be a possibility.

Rousey vs Stephanie

When Ronda Rousey showed up at Summerslam, WWE knew that they wanted to put her in a match against Stephanie McMahon, as that would be one of the biggest draws for the company. However, Dana White is unlikely to allow a top level UFC draw to risk injury inside of a wrestling ring. That means that we will more than likely see Triple H and The Rock working a match where the two ladies would be in their respective corners.

UFC clearing Ronda Rousey

A big obstacle for WWE in getting Ronda Rousey into the wrestling ring is the fact that Dana White and UFC will not clear her to perform. Some are noting that the promotion has done so for other fighters in the past, including the one where they allowed Josh Barnett to work a professional wrestling match in Japan last year. However, they are failing to take into considerations that Ronda is currently one of their biggest draws right now.

Ronda Rousey in WWE

It is no secret that Ronda Rousey is a big fan of wrestling. She was said to be beyond excited when the company asked her to do a segment at Wrestlemania. She even hinted afterwards that she was only beginning. That has led fans to speculate on whether or not the UFC star will actually wrestling for WWE soon. The likelihood of that happening is slim to none because Dana White will not allow that to happen under his watch.

Dana White on Brock Lesnar

Considering his acrimonious relationship with a few of his former fighters, it would not be strange for someone to assume that Dana White would be better about Brock Lesnar staying with WWE. However, he has proven many wrong by doing noting but praise Lesnar, even though UFC lost out on a huge draw. White even went so far as to say that Lesnar made the right decision by choosing to remain in professional wrestling.

Brock Lesnar advice

When CM Punk decided to join UFC after leaving WWE, he turned to Brock Lesnar for some advice. The former NCAA champion was quite eager to help. Punk asked Lesnar what the most difficult part of the transition was, so Lesnar told him that the hardest part was letting go. Now that he has trained extensively, Punk realizes that the advice was absolutely sound. He admits to punching too lightly at times because of his pro wrestling background.
