While official numbers are not released since they are a privately held company, reports have surfaced that TNA offered James Storm 250 percent more than what WWE was offering him to work on the NXT brand. Rumors have it that World Wrestling Entertainment offered Storm less than $100,000 a year, which means that he has a six figure deal to become one of the centerpieces of Impact Wrestling for the time being.

Over the weekend, Tommy Dreamer worked live events for WWE in Charleston and Canton. After that, he should be done with the company for the time being. The belief is that Dreamer will return to TNA and work backstage at Impact Wrestling. Tommy is said to be leaving World Wrestling Entertainment on really good terms, so it would not be impossible to see him making another return to the promotion some day.

The reason for the title change is because TNA wanted to do a Beer Money reunion to spark some interest from their fans. Roode and James Storm are expected to challenge for the tag team championship. They are also expected to be the centerpiece of the tag team division for the time being.

There is a very good chance that Beer Money will be reunited on a permanent basis now that James Storm has returned to TNA. During the first episode of Impact Wrestling that aired on POP TV, the former world heavyweight champion came back and celebrated with Bobby Roode. Later on in the night, Roode dropped the King of the Mountain Championship to Eric Young, adding further fuel to the speculation.
