Now that he has made his Wrestlemania debut in a cameo filled match against Triple H, Sting is going to take some time and decide on his future in professional wrestling. He is said to be open to the idea of working more matches for WWE, provided that the story makes sense and the money is right. On the flip side, the company definitely would love to make use of his name value once again, but they are not going to rush his decision.

It appears that TNA had a well written plan all along for Rockstar Spud. They purposely made him an annoying character when he first made his debut in the company. The goal was to make fans have strong feelings towards him, even if some of it was negative. In professional wrestling, no heat is the worst heat. The creative department was then deftly able to slowly convert his character into a lovable underdog that could be a serious threat in the ring.

Earlier this month, Solomon Crowe made headlines with wrestling fans when he made his debut in NXT. Well, he just made headlines with the outside world as well. The developmental wrestler was at a store after training at the WWE Performance Center when he heard a loud noise. Upon seeing that it was a car crash, Crowe and a friend immediately ran to the scene of the accident. They ended up prying the door open to rescue a woman trapped inside.

For those that have not heard, former WWE star Drew McIntyre recently made his debut on Impact Wrestling. He is now under contract to TNA. Many are curious to see how much of a push he is going to receive, as some felt that he should have already been a main event performer in this industry by now. His current company wants to start him off a bit slower than what fans would like. There are talks that he will form a tag team with Crimson.

Despite there being a feeling that he might eventually make a return to the industry some day, CM Punk appears to have put professional wrestling in his rear view mirror. During a recent interview, he was asked if he still thinks about a potential return. The former WWE champion sternly stated that he does not even think about making a comeback at all. His primary focus nowadays is mixed martial arts and his UFC debut.

When CM Punk announced that he had signed a contract with UFC, neither side was able to provide a specific date for his debut match. Rumors are now heating up that it could be on July 25, when the promotion does a card in Chicago, which happens to be the hometown of Punk. There, he would more than likely receive a warm ovation from the live audience. Plus, since it will be aired for free on Fox, that should draw in a ton of wrestling fans.

While the company started having doubts about their ability to reach a million subscribers for the WWE Network a while back, there is said to be a good amount of optimism backstage nowadays that it might happen at Wrestlemania, especially with the free month of access being given in February. That, combined with Sting making his wrestling debut and the possible ascension of Roman Reigns, is what is raising the beliefs backstage.
