To take things up a notch, TNA has announced that they are creating a King of the Mountain Championship for the person that wins the match on Sunday. There are talks that Jeff Jarrett could be given the victory and the belt so that he can make it an inter promotional championship that will be defended on Impact Wrestling and at GFW live events.

The two time NBA champion wanted the one of the greatest wrestlers in the world to be in his corner as he leads the Cleveland Cavaliers in a championship series against the red hot Golden State Warriors. James invited Ric Flair to attend the games, and Flair is taking him up on the offer. He will be at the fourth game.

The belief is that she will spend a couple of months down in the developmental program to gain further training. To clear up all the speculation surrounding his return to TNA, Bully Ray took to the air to reveal that his appearance on Impact Wrestling was a one time thing. He stated that the front office called and told him that they needed a special guest referee for a world heavyweight championship match. Since he thought it would be fun, Bully opted to sign on for the episode. He stated that he and Devon still enjoy having independent status.

There are some rumblings that Bully Ray could be making his return to TNA tonight on Impact Wrestling. Management has been promoting the fact that a former world heavyweight championship would be making a comeback. However, these rumors have to be taken with a grain of salt, as Bully is being advertised to make appearances for a promotion in New Mexico on Friday and Saturday. Of course, they could have been canceled.

He worked a match for Maryland Championship Wrestling on Saturday evening. Lawler teamed up with the heavyweight champion of the promotion in a handicap tag team match against three opponents. Since he is a big star, the local guys were forced to do the job.

Awesome Kong and Taryn Terrell will be featured in the main event championship match, while the rest of the show will put the spotlight on Angelina Love, Brooke Tessmacher, Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, and others.

Before AJ Lee stunned the professional wrestling world by announcing her early retirement from WWE, there were plans in place for her to turn do a heel turn and challenge Paige, who is still being scheduled to capture the Divas Championship from Nikki Bella at Extreme Rules. The creative department had to quickly find alternative plans. Since they already wrote the story, they simply decided to replace AJ with Naomi.
