While doing an interview with the Nashville Scene, Jay Lethal was once again asked about his desire to work for WWE. He stated that most wrestling fans got into the business in large part because they were fans of that promotion as a kid. He is no exception. With that in mind, he stated that he would absolutely love to work for a company that is a fan of. However, Lethal also noted that he would be fine if it never happened.

Through FOX Sports, Jim Ross revealed a rather interesting story about Ole Anderson. Back when Undertaker was wrestling in WCW, his contract was coming to an end. Ross felt that the deal should have been renewed and tried to convince Anderson to make it happen. However, Anderson told Ross that he felt that Undertaker would never be a draw and doubted his future in the business.

As the internet wrestling community continues to speculate on the future of TNA, Dixie Carter revealed that she was heading to Los Angeles for some business meetings. Reports have surfaced that those meetings are in regards to finding a new television network for Impact Wrestling. WGN has sprung up as a leading candidate to be the new host. The two sides have negotiated a deal before.

Apparently, Rey Mysterio and Chavo Guerrero are now doing business together, and it is outside of the professional wrestling industry. The former on screen rivals are teaming up to launch a new clothing line. A lot of the merchandise has already been designed and manufactured. Guerrero was seen doing a photo shoot with some of the gear on. Mysterio will probably be doing the same as well.

For the longest time, Jerry Jarrett swore that he would never return to professional wrestling. The man who helped start TNA has had a change of heart. Jarrett has announced that he was making a triumphant return to the industry. However, he has not provided details on which promotion it will be with. Jarrett is such a trusted figure in the business that Vince McMahon once tapped him as a replacement in case McMahon was sent to jail.

Back in August, rumors surfaced that Shawn Daivari was going to be headed to GFW. The only thing holding him back at the time was that he needed to see what the future of Lucha Underground had in store. Now that the promotion is staying in business, Daivari will not be joining Jeff Jarrett in Global Force Wrestling. Daivari has a contract that prevents him from appearing on television for another promotion.

A good portion of the internet wrestling community hate that Brock Lesnar views the professional wrestling industry as a business. The former world heavyweight champion has no qualms about admitting that he is only in WWE because the money is good. Bubba Ray was recently asked during an interview if he had a problem with that. Much like other performers have said, he has no issues with Lesnar feeling that way.

Before the internet became a household thing, professional wrestling fans had to rely on a series of magazines written by Bill Apter. Word has come out that his source within the industry was actually Jim Ross. When asked about this, the legendary WWE commentator stated that he did provide some insider information to Apter. However, he trusted that Apter was respectful enough to the business to know what to publish.

The good news for Lucha Underground is that they managed to survive as a business and will have at least a second season to work with. The bad news is that Big Ryck is unlikely to be there. Unless he changes his mind, the former WWE star is retiring from the business. He informed an independent wrestling promoter in Germany of his decision. He could change his mind if LU were to offer him a better contract.

Earlier in the week, we learned that ESPN was going to be doing a weekly segment hosted by Jonathan Coachman on WWE that will be aired during Sportscenter. There are those in the network that are against the idea of having professional wrestling on their flagship show. They feel that it takes away from actual sports. Upper management, however, is all for it because they know that it will open up business opportunities for both sides.
