During a recent interview, Vince Russo touched on the topic of Triple H booking WWE now. The former stated that the latter was a bit biased whenever he was still working as a full time in ring performer. However, now that he is booking performers that he does not consider peers, HHH is able to be more objective. It also helps that he's also a high ranking executive in World Wrestling Entertainment, so he's going to do what is best for business.

Randy Savage paranoid about snakes

To give you an idea of just how shady the professional wrestling business used to be, Randy Savage was said to have been paranoid about doing the segment where Jake Roberts ties him up and lets the snake bite him in the arm. The idea was created by Vince McMahon. Savage had issues trusting McMahon, so he had Roberts get the snake to bite himself backstage to make sure that it wasn't poisonous. He didn't want to find out on camera.

Shane McMahon not staying forever

While many wrestling fans are thrilled that Shane McMahon has finally made his much anticipated return to WWE, that feeling of joy might soon be gone because reports have surfaced that he doesn't plan to stick around after his match at Wrestlemania with the Undertaker. This is designed to be a short term deal, and McMahon still wants to continue to make his mark on the business world. Another potential return hasn't been ruled out yet.

Bill DeMott on WWE return

When asked if he would consider a return to WWE after being unceremoniously fired after bully allegations came to the surface, Bill DeMott stated that it would definitely be something that he would consider doing because of his love for professional wrestling. DeMott also stated that he loves the business so much that he takes every chance that he can get to attend wrestling seminars. There's still a chance that he might return to NXT.

Natalya has eye issues

In a sign of how dedicated she is to the professional wrestling business, Natalya revealed that she has major issues with her eyes that causes her a lot of discomfort and pain. The longtime WWE diva stated that she could have surgery to repair the issue but doing so would force her to retire as an in ring performer, something that she is not quite ready to do at this point in time. She will continue to work through the issue.

Nicest people in wrestling

During his podcast interview show, Ric Flair stated that the two nicest people in the business are Sting and Ricky Steamboat. They also happen to be two of his biggest on screen rivals. Flair took it a little further by stating that the two of them might be too nice to be in an insensitive business such as professional wrestling. The statement holds some merit as others have said similar things about those two guys.

MLB invites Jeff Jarrett

While the internet wrestling community mocked Jeff Jarrett for the GFW live events that were done at minor league baseball stadiums this past summer, he actually did a lot better than expected. Reports have now surfaced that Jarrett has been invited by Major League Baseball to show up at their winter meetings. That is where they usually decide on big business decisions, so Jarrett will be a part of that.

Angle wants Styles

Once again, Kurt Angle has reiterated to the media that his upcoming tour of England with TNA will be his final one for the time being. The former world heavyweight champion still plans on taking time away from professional wrestling to pursue other business ventures. In a rather interesting tidbit, Angle stated that if it were up to him, AJ Styles would be his opponent on the final tour of the United Kingdom.

While doing an interview with the Nashville Scene, Jay Lethal was once again asked about his desire to work for WWE. He stated that most wrestling fans got into the business in large part because they were fans of that promotion as a kid. He is no exception. With that in mind, he stated that he would absolutely love to work for a company that is a fan of. However, Lethal also noted that he would be fine if it never happened.

Undertaker not a draw

Through FOX Sports, Jim Ross revealed a rather interesting story about Ole Anderson. Back when Undertaker was wrestling in WCW, his contract was coming to an end. Ross felt that the deal should have been renewed and tried to convince Anderson to make it happen. However, Anderson told Ross that he felt that Undertaker would never be a draw and doubted his future in the business.
