He has backstage heat with the promotion because of how they handled his contract situation with TNA. Hernandez really wanted to be with a bigger promotion, but he lost that chance when the controversy arose. The belief is that Hernandez will continue to work the independent wrestling circuit.

When Renee Young recently got into it with the internet wrestling community, some were afraid that she would receive some backstage heat in WWE. Fortunately for her, that is not the case. Management did not have any issues with her venting about how fans act on social media. They are aware of how certain fans can be. The front office also encourages their performers to interact online with fans.

WWE bans Young Bucks

Among the thousands of fans in attendance at Hell in a Cell were some fans of the Young Bucks. They wanted to show their support to the underground tag team by bringing signs to the event. WWE did not take well to that. Management instructed the security team to remove any signs that referenced the Bucks. The backstage heat towards the Bucks is said to be the reason why World Wrestling Entertainment will not sign them.

Through social media, the Young Bucks revealed to fans that they have signed a new contract. Of course, to make things fun, the brothers did not bother to reveal which promotion that they are signing with. Instead, they listed out Lucha Underground, WWE, ROH, TNA and New Japan. The belief is that the popular tandem has not signed with World Wrestling Entertainment because they have backstage heat there.

Apparently, there may be some backstage heat between Devon and TNA. While responding to a fan through social media, he asked the person to not use the word impact, which of course is a reference to Impact Wrestling, because it brings up a lot of bad dreams. The angst could be due to the fact that management opted to not bring him back when his contract expired.

It looks like there might be some backstage heat between Tyson Kidd and Bruce Hart. The latter recently claimed that the former was going to be retiring from professional wrestling because of a neck injury. Kidd took to social media to respond to the rumors. He revealed to the world that he has not had contact with Hart whatsoever in the past decade, which led to speculation about there being friction between the two.

After taking a second loss to John Cena, the internet wrestling community was in an uproar because they viewed that as a burial of Kevin Owens. Some are now questioning if he has backstage heat on him. While he does have some people rooting against him back there, Owens is not in trouble with WWE. Being given a victory over Cena is something that management does not routinely hand out.

He stated that he was fine with people booking Chyna for their live events, but he does not like them pretending to be his friend. Waltman stated that money is more important that false rape accusations to certain people in the industry. He refuses to name names when asked about the situation.

There is a little backstage heat going on right now between Hulk Hogan and CM Punk, and it has nothing to do with professional wrestling. The two have exchanged some words due to comments that Hogan made about the Chicago Blackhawks, the hockey team that Punk is fanatical about. The tension isn't really all that serious.

While a lot of wrestling fans still clamor for his return to WWE, Shane McMahon has expressed no desire to do so. In fact, he has been avoiding the family business for quite some time now. While everyone involved has been denying the backstage heat rumors, it speaks volume that McMahon doesn't even bother to attend Wrestlemania any more. That is the biggest event of the year, and one would expect him to at least be in attendance.
