Back when he was a free agent, Alberto Del Rio was fielding offers from several companies. One of those companies was UFC. The promotion really wanted the former world heavyweight champion to come in and do a couple of fights. However, Del Rio was forced to reject their offer because the two sides could not come to terms on money. He stated that he was doing so well in professional wrestling that it would be a pay cut to jump to MMA.

Billy Corgan works backstage for the company, and he decided to chime in on the situation. Through social media, he stated that the person behind the false reports is being worked by a sloppy angle. Corgan did not clarify what he meant by that, but he seemed adamant about denying the rumors.

It appears that Triple H and Samoa Joe have managed to swerve the internet wrestling community. The two of them made moves to make it seem like a business relationship was not going to be happening. However, at the big NXT Takeover event tonight, Joe showed up at the end and confronted Kevin Owens, who had viciously beaten Sami Zayn yet again. The two tease a physical altercation, but Owens backed away instead.

His death not only rocked the wrestling world, but it also rocked the mainstream world, as many are aware of him even though they are not regular watchers of the industry. WWE finally honored the Macho Man this year with a hall of fame induction, something that should have happened years ago.

There are videos of him being escorted out of the premises.

It appears that Rousey realizes that the best thing for her career is to remain with UFC and milk that cow for all it is worth. Her name value should still be high when she retires, so she can always call Stephanie McMahon then.

Booker T postpones camp

Initially, Booker T had planned on running a professional wrestling camp for industry hopefuls on May 31, 2015 since his service was not needed by WWE at a live event. When management made the last minute decision to change that show into the Elimination Chamber pay per view, it caused a scheduling conflict for the former world heavyweight champion. Booker had no choice but to postpone his camp for a later date.
