When asked recently if they would be interested in doing another TLC tag team match at Wrestlemania, the Dudley Boyz stated that they were hesitant to do so because it would be extremely difficult for them to top the matches that they did with Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Edge and Christian. However, they did say that New Day and the Usos would be their opponents of choice if they did another one.

While his knee surgery was a success, WWE is still expecting Seth Rollins to miss out on Wrestlemania. That means that they need to find a new opponent for Triple H to work with. The two of them were originally scheduled for a match, with Rollins doing a baby face turn at some point in time. Plans were in place for him to break away from the Authority after dropping the belt to Roman Reigns. The injury changed everything.

During a podcast interview with Jim Ross, Abyss revealed some details about how close he came to signing with WWE back in 2006. John Laurinaitis had an offer on the table, but he backed out of the deal at the very last minute because he did not want to leave TNA after spending so many years there. Abyss also revealed to Ross that there were plans for him to feud with Undertaker and work a big match together at Wrestlemania.

Since it is the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year, it is no secret that everyone in WWE wants to get on the main card at Wrestlemania. The Dudley Boyz are no exception. The two of them have been campaigning for some sort of match at the pay per view. It is being said that they are heavily pitching dream matches because that would be more of a draw than them working against current teams.

With the devastating loss of Seth Rollins, WWE has been forced to make changes to their Wrestlemania lineup. The former world heavyweight champion was scheduled for one of the main event slots. One of the ideas that has been tossed around backstage is to finally pull that trigger on a match between John Cena and Undertaker, especially since the latter is running out of performers that he can work with.

While there has been no confirmed return date just yet, the belief is that WWE is hoping that Randy Orton can be healthy in time for the Royal Rumble. A surprise return at a pay per view like that could do wonders for his momentum. Orton, of course, is going to be placed in a high profile match at Wrestlemania, so the front office would love to have him around for a couple of months before then.

While many felt that it was a really nice gesture by Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels to give a matching Rolex watch to Charlotte, there are some that feel that it was much too soon to be doing that. Winning the Divas Championship is viewed as an accomplish, but her career in WWE still has a long way to go. It might have been better to wait until she was towards the tail end of her career. Charlotte still has yet to work a match at Wrestlemania.

When he worked his Wrestlemania match against Triple H, Sting made a request to management. He wanted Charles Robinson, whom he was very familiar with from their time together in WCW, to be the referee. WWE gladly obliged. It is interesting to note that when he worked his title match at Night of Champions against Seth Rollins, Robinson was not the referee for the match.

Initially, the belief was that we would not see Sting again until Wrestlemania rolls around, especially since he suffered some injuries while working a title match against Seth Rollins. Rumors are now floating around that the legendary WCW star might be brought in for the Royal Rumble. WWE is especially concerned with drastically declining numbers, so his presence at the pay per view might be of some assistance.
