Undertaker vs Roman Reigns
At the Royal Rumble, Undertaker looked a tad bit slow. However, that does not really matter all that much to WWE fans. They simply want to see the legend performing at Wrestlemania 33. He is still a big draw. Roman Reigns should benefit greatly from this match. He gets one of the highest profile spots on the card.
Triple H vs Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins has an injured knee. However, he is hellbent on being healthy enough to work Wrestlemania 33. He does not want to miss the pay per view for a second year in a row. Triple H usually puts on tremendous performances when he has a match. This should be no exception. Expect a Match of the Year candidate.
Bray Wyatt vs Randy Orton vs Luke Harper
A match between Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton should be entertaining enough. Throw in the WWE Heavyweight Championship, and it is a draw. However, if the front office wants to make things even more interesting, Luke Harper can be added. The trio already has a fascinating story line to work with.
Kevin Owens vs Chris Jericho
For much of the past year, Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho have provided a good amount of entertainment. Their friendship was a highlight for WWE. The inevitable split has finally taken place. Now, the two of them will attempt to steal the show at Wrestlemania 33. Considering the talent involved, they might just pull it off.
John Cena & Nikki Bella vs Miz & Maryse
This is a match that a lot of WWE fans will complain about. However, it is a brilliant move when it comes to generating mainstream media attention. It also benefits Total Divas and Total Bellas quite a bit. The two feuds recently started on Smackdown. The creative department will tie them all in together before Wrestlemania 33.
Charlotte Flair vs Bayley vs Sasha Banks vs Nia Jax
WWE has changed plans for Bayley over the past couple of weeks. That might have a huge effect on the Wrestlemania 33 card. However, it looks like the four participants should remain the same. Charlotte Flair will be in there because she is a centerpiece of the division. Nia Jax has been pushed hard, so she should be in there.
Alexa Bliss vs Mickie James vs Becky Lynch
The Naomi injury has forced WWE to make some changes. A triple threat match for the title appears to be the backup plan. Becky Lynch was not originally a part of the plan. However, she is a solid worker. Management could reward her with a spot. Mickie James is the veteran. Fans would love to see her at Wresetlemania 33.
WWE Intercontinental Championship gimmick match
Dean Ambrose is the WWE Intercontinental Champion. A lot of fans might have forgotten that. The belt has not been in the spotlight as much as it should be. However, management will more than likely throw it on the Wrestlemania 33 card. Expect several performers to be given a spot. Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Apollo Crews and AJ Styles are candidates.
Andre the Giant Memorial battle royale
This is the match where WWE will throw in the remaining performers on the Wrestlemania 33 card. This is usually designed to give a couple of guys a push. Someone like Braun Strowman might be on the receiving end of that push. Management has yet to find a higher spot for him on the pay per view.Categories: Featured
