Seeds have been planted for an eventual feud between HHH and his protege Seth Rollins, whose character was hand chosen by the on screen COO to hold the world heavyweight championship. A slow rift will be built up over the upcoming months.

In a sign that Vince McMahon is stepping a bit away from his job as the CEO of WWE, Finn Balor revealed that he finally got a chance to meet the boss at the NXT live event that took place during Wrestlemania weekend. In the past, McMahon personally meets with every wrestler that he signs to a contract. This means that Triple H was the one that did the meeting and the negotiations. The changing of the guard is definitely happening.

In a rather interesting development, Scott Steiner has challenged Hulk Hogan to come to the Legends of Wrestling event on June 7, 2015 in New York. Steiner states that Hogan's biggest claim to fame is body slamming Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania decades ago. He is putting up a million dollars out of his own pocket to say that Hogan cannot body slam him now. Of course, Steiner also threatened to attack Hogan if he does show up in the ring.

He stated that the two of them are discussing a potential match against one another at Wrestlemania next year. They both want to break the record since it will be in the gigantic AT&T Stadium in Dallas. Dwayne Johnson stated that he is not opposed to the idea if they can come up with something that will be great.

The Celtic Warrior now wants to work a match against the man that broke that streak, and he wants it to happen at the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year. He stated during an interview that he hopes that WWE finally gives him a crack at Brock Lesnar.

Ever the public relations master, McMahon stated that the idea has not been ruled out. He noted that the company has no qualms with doing the pay per view in a colder environment, citing the latest one in New York as an example. When asked if he was tired of the CM Punk chants, McMahon wisely said he was not.
