Some great news coming out of the Takeover event in Brooklyn tonight. William Regal announced that WWE will be honoring Dusty Rhodes by doing a memorial tournament. It is supposed to start in two weeks and might be exclusive to NXT. Knowing the type of writer that Rhodes used to be, there is a very good chance that singles performers will join up and form a tag team for the sole purpose of competing in the tournament.

While the company has yet to start touring domestically on a full time basis yet, there are already reports popping up that NXT could be doing shows internationally in smaller venues across the world. Word has it that William Regal was the source of these rumors. He told fans that the plans were in place, but it would take approximately a year and a half before they pull it off. Triple H has yet to say anything on the matter.

It appears that William Regal has not given up on a career in comedy just yet. He is booked to perform on a couple of events in England next month. Regal was able to find time to work those shows in London and Birmingham because WWE is doing a tour of Europe during the same span. A couple of the wrestlers are expected to be on hand for the performances to show support. Regal has done shows before in the past.
