Rumors are floating around right now that Daniel Bryan might be forced to miss a month of action, and WWE did something to further fan those flames. In a rather stunning move, WWE has publicly acknowledged the heath condition of Daniel Bryan. Michael Cole and JBL mentioned on Monday Night Raw that the Intercontinental Champion might not be able to defend his title against Wade Barrett at Extreme Rules. When you attend a live event, more often than not, the good guy is going to win. WWE does that because they want to send the fans home happy. However, the move came as a bit of a shock when they allowed Jimmy Uso to beat Wade Barrett at a show in Germany. Barrett is the one receiving a push and working a title match at Extreme Rules, whereas Uso is floating around as a singles competitor because Jey Uso is injured.

Through social media, Wade Barrett revealed that he would be returning to England after WWE concludes their tour of Europe. He more than likely will be written off of Monday Night Raw so that he can return to his home country to film the movie Eliminators. No word yet on how long he will be on the set, but the front office should not have any problems with him being gone because he is not receiving a big push at the moment.

Unless he changes his mind in the near future, Wade Barrett still intends on retiring from WWE when his current contract expires. The belief is that he wants to try his hands at Hollywood. Rumors are floating around that the reason why he signed on to star in Eliminators was so that he could gauge interest from the studios. There is always a chance that he could sign a contract extension and remain in professional wrestling if the interest is low.
