When WWE announced that the King of the Ring was making a return, many were under the assumption that it would elevate one of the performers because it was one of the best gimmicks that the company has ever produced. In case you missed the segment on Monday Night Raw, Wade Barrett not only made his return to WWE, but he also did a face turn, as had been rumored earlier in the month. Bad News was given a victory over Antonio Cesaro, who was playing the role of complaining heel last night. Barrett will reportedly be pushed as a mid card face for the next couple of months before management determines if he is over enough to be put into the main event scene.
