As if the legal department in WWE wasn't already swamped with work, they are now being forced to deal with a multi million lawsuit against CTH, their broadcasting partner in Thailand and Malaysia. The network has stopped paying their fees to World Wrestling Entertainment, and that does not sit well with Vince McMahon. The deal runs for multiple years, and the total value is nearly $25 million.

Vickie Guerrero did a podcast interview with Chris Jericho this week, and she revealed something rather interesting about the Radicalz making the jump to WWE. She revealed that even before Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero were released by WCW, there were discussions being had with Vince McMahon, which is essentially contract tampering. No lawsuit is likely to take place since the company no longer exists.

While Bill DeMott is no longer with the company after tendering his resignation earlier this month, the former trainer is expected to be sitting in a room with WWE representatives again very soon. The belief in the industry is that there will be lawsuits heading towards the desk of Vince McMahon very soon. Some of the developmental wrestlers that made allegations are expected to now take things to court. Settlements are expected.

Reports recently surfaced that Vince McMahon had allegedly offered to pay $93 million to the Hart family if they agreed to not pursue legal action against the company for the accidental and untimely death of Owen Hart. There are also allegations from family members that Bret Hart was the one that prevented that payment from taking place, which caused the family to end up with a lot less money after the lawsuit was over and done with.
