During a recent interview, Kurt Angle revealed some details about the comedic character that he used to portray in WWE. The former world heavyweight champion stated that he really enjoyed that part of his career. Angle would have continued being funny, but Vince McMahon put a stop to it. McMahon felt that Angle was worth more money to the company if the fans were taking him seriously.

You can rule out at least one potential second generation wrestler joining WWE. Goldberg told TMZ during an interview that he would never allow his son to work for the company. He stated that he purchase a wrestling promotion and have his son work there than to ever allow him to work in a company ran by Vince McMahon and Triple H. Irregardless, though, it appears that the 8 year old boy is leaning more towards an MMA career.

For those of you that are critical towards Justin Gabriel for giving up on his career in WWE, it should be noted that he really tried hard to turn things around. He even came up with a new gimmick called Darewolf, a combination of a daredevil and a werewolf. Gabriel claims that Vince McMahon really liked the idea, but Triple H was the one that shot it down. Gabriel then tried working in NXT, but eventually realized his chance would never come.

During a recent interview with Muscle & Fitness magazine, Vince McMahon was asked about his in ring career. He starts things off by stating that he was not allowed to do it earlier because his father felt that it would be rather difficult to be objective when you're in front of the camera and behind the camera simultaneously. The WWE CEO also revealed that he never trained in the basic fundamentals of wrestling when he stepped in the ring to compete.

During his podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels discussed the story about how he and Marty Jannetty were fired by WWE very early on in their career. He revealed that Vince McMahon had fired the Rockers because of stories that he had heard from others about how wildly they were partying. McMahon was under the belief that the two of them tore up a bar, but Michaels stated that it was simply a matter of a broken glass.
