NBC promoting WWE

Since a lot of advertisers are still avoiding WWE like the plague, Vince McMahon and the executives at NBC discussed ways of trying to alleviate the stigma of doing business with the biggest professional wrestling company in the world. The two sides agreed that they needed the network to help convince advertisers and sponsors that McMahon has changed the product to be a lot more family friendly than they were a couple of years ago.

WWE upsets Samoans

The Anoa'i family brought an army with them to Wrestlemania. They had a lot of reasons for being there. For starters, Rikishi was being inducted into the hall of fame. The main reason, though, was because they wanted to be there when Roman Reigns received his crowing moment in the business. When that didn't happen, Sika and several family members became unruly and wanted to start a war with Vince McMahon for changing the plans.

Steve Austin skips Wrestlemania

Some further details have been revealed in regards to Steve Austin skipping Wrestlemania this year. WWE actually had purchased airline tickets for him. He was scheduled to fly out of Texas on the same flight as Undertaker. Austin never showed up at the airport. Management even sent someone to the airport in California to pick him up. The former world heavyweight champion is said to be having business disputes with Vince McMahon.

On Monday, it was revealed that WWE stock took a pretty steep drop, despite having a pretty successful Wrestlemania the night before. Vince McMahon surely was not pleased, but it turns out that it might have been his own fault. Business analysts are stating that one of the reasons why investors have lost faith in the company is because they relying too frequently on giving away free months of the Network in order to boost subscribers count.

Everyone already knows about the argument that Vince McMahon and Brock Lesnar recently had while discussing business backstage at Monday Night Raw. That has caused a bit of headache for management. Sting, on the other hand, is said to be a model employee. He understands the contract that he signed with WWE, and he is more than content to fulfill his end of the bargain before fading away permanently from professional wrestling.

Summerslam location

When the IZOD Center decided to shut down and go out of business, WWE lost their home for the next Summerslam. Vince McMahon and his staff went about looking for a new venue without much of a panic in their voice. The company knew that they wanted to keep the event in the New York and New Jersey area. The state of the art Barclays Center was heavily rumored as the obvious replacement, and that is now officially the case.

During a podcast interview on Monday night, Triple H revealed something that wrestling fans have long known. Vince McMahon is in charge of everything and still very much hands on with the product. Business analysts have picked up on the story and have written some worrisome articles about the potential death of McMahon and how it would adversely affect WWE. They feel that the company will be in trouble with their leader being gone.
