One of the best ideas that Dusty Rhodes came up with when he was running the NWA/WCW was the War Games match. It was such a popular idea that WWE fans have long wished that Vince McMahon would revitalize it whenever stables start feuding with one another. However, it never happened, even after WWE purchased their biggest rival to date. Bruce Prichard spent years working backstage for McMahon, so he was able to shed some light recently as to why it never happened. McMahon simply did not like the idea because he did not come up with it. McMahon tried to nitpick by stating that he does not like how the heels always have the advantaged due to the order of entry, an opinion that was negated by the fact that it was utilized in the Elimination Chamber match.
