Since she has nuclear backstage heat on her right now, WWE is still trying to figure out if they want to bring Lana back to television or not. The belief is that if she does get brought back, then management is going to turn her real life war of words with Paige into a story line so that they can try to convince fans that it was a work all along. Management is upset that their issues was taken to social media.

Kalisto beats Ryback

In case you missed the latest episode of Smackdown, Kalisto defeated Ryback to advance in the tournament to crown a new world heavyweight champion. It is now being said that the reason why WWE did that is because there are those backstage that felt that the tournament matches were a bit predictable. The creative department wanted to have at least one upset in the first round.

Myzteziz choosing CMLL

When Myzteziz showed up in CMLL, it upset AAA officials because they believed that the masked performer was staying with them. After all, they were in the middle of negotiations. Rumors are floating around that Myzteziz essentially chose CMLL over AAA because the former was more willing to give him the contract that he wanted. The negotiations were a lot simpler for him.

Lana back on good terms

The backstage heat towards Lana is said to have died down considerably. WWE was really upset when TMZ initially reported that she was engaged to Rusev in real life. It forced them to change their plans abruptly. Since Lana has not been around because of her injury, the heat has settled down tremendously. Management wanted her back with Rusev anyways, so they are just going to move forward with new plans.

Road Warriors vs Demolition

When asked if the Road Warriors were upset with Demolition for copying their gimmick, Animal stated that he was fine with it. He said that he was friends with both guys. Animal and Smash actually knew one another back in high school. The two of them were among a group of wrestlers that all grew up in Minnesota together. Animal also noted that they were the tougher looking team of the two.

Sammartino and Backlund heat

During a recent podcast interview, Bob Backlund revealed some details about the backstage heat between he and Bruno Sammartino. Backlund stated that the two of them were not friendly with one another for two years. Sammartino was a bit upset that Backlund was chosen to replace him as the WWE Heavyweight Champion. Backlund and Sammartino eventually became friends.

Kane mystery partner

While it appears highly unlikely, Kane has surfaced as a candidate to be the mystery partner for Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns at Night of Champions. By doing that, the creative department can set up a story line for the Big Red Monster to work a program against Seth Rollins, who would obviously be upset that he teamed up with his former allies, even if it was just for one night only.

During a podcast interview with Chris Jericho, the Prime Time Players revealed that they were quite upset with management when WWE forced them to split up as a tag team. They were bothered by it because there was no rhyme or reason behind the move. The split was not being done to give either guy a singles push. It was done just for the sake of doing it, which did not sit well with the duo.

Since he is heavily embroiled in a racial controversy, the smart move for Hulk Hogan seems to be staying out of the spotlight and repairing his reputation. Instead, the WWE legend is going in the opposite direction. He told TMZ that he was not upset with the company for getting rid of him. Hogan still loves World Wrestling Entertainment. He also shocked people by stating that he would like to run as Vice President with Donald Trump.

Greg Valentine bashes divas

Earlier today, Greg Valentine became a trend on social media by upsetting the internet wrestling community. The former Intercontinental Champion went on a podcast interview and stated that he would fire every single female performer he has ever seen. Valentine stated that their matches are horrible. To make matters worse, he also said he would send them all to go work at a strip club.
