During an interview with Chael Sonnen, Paul Heyman revealed that he had pitched an idea to management to let CM Punk be the one to end the streak of the Undertaker. Heyman did that because he felt that it would have kept Punk in WWE a little while longer, as the winner would definitely need to capitalize on being given such an honor.

Undertaker contract expiring

While details are hard to come by, there are reports surfacing that the contract between Undertaker and WWE is set to expire soon. Of course, none of that really matters because if he wants to work another match at Wrestlemania next year, then the front office will bend over backwards to make that happen. Despite his advanced age, he is still much more of a draw than the majority of the active performers on the main roster right now.

DDP vs Rock

During a recent interview, Diamond Dallas Page revealed that he has a regret about his first meeting with Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon. He felt that he should have never signed a contract with WWE because they rejected his idea of feuding with The Rock. Both guys claim to be the People's Champion, so the story would basically write itself. DDP ended up begrudgingly accepting the stalker idea with Undertaker.

Bray Wyatt injured

Since he is coming off of a huge match with Undertaker at Wrestlemania, many were under the assumption that Bray Wyatt was going to be featured prominently on Monday Night Raw as a way to capitalize on the momentum. However, WWE opted to keep him off television instead. His injury is the biggest reason for that, as management does not want to jeopardize his future. Wyatt may be kept out until after Extreme Rules.

Bray Wyatt hurt

When it comes to being old school, Bray Wyatt was that well before he was born. His family has a long history of toughness. On Sunday afternoon, while preparing for his big match against Undertaker at Wrestlemania, Wyatt suffered a severe ankle sprain. It was so bad that he was having trouble just standing backstage. The medical team put him in a cast to help alleviate the pain. Despite that, though, he still went through with his performance.

Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt

In the sixth match at Wrestlemania, Undertaker defied age and time to defeat Bray Wyatt. While the bout was not nearly as epic as the ones he had against Shawn Michaels and Triple H, the veteran performer still looked very solid in the ring. A lot of high impact moves were done by both wrestlers. Wyatt managed to kick out of the first Tombstone Piledriver, which doesn't happen frequently, but the second one was too much for him.
