While it is something that a lot of fans had assumed was going to happen anyways, Rob Van Dam recently revealed that he will return to WWE again some day. He stated that he has earned the right to dictate his own schedule and will go back whenever he is ready. RVD also stated that he will not work for another wrestling promotion until he returns to WWE.

Goldust
When Goldust decided to make his return to WWE, he was not expecting to be on the road as a full time performer on a long term deal. He thought he was going to have a lot more time to spend with his family, but plans were altered, so he can continue wrestling. The veteran performer decided to focus on his family this week by taking a vacation from WWE and relaxing in Hawaii.

WWE is still having trouble figuring out what they want to do with the stable of Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston. However, one question appears to have been answered. Woods will be a wrestling member of the group and not just a manager, as many fans have speculated based on a couple of his appearances on Monday Night Raw earlier this year.

Great Muta
While the entire card is far from being finalized, TNA has revealed two matches that will definitely be taking place at the pay per view. In the first match, Samoa Joe, Low Ki and former WCW star Kaz Hayashi will be battling in a triple threat match for the X Division Championship. Seiya Sanada will be teaming with his new on screen mentor James Storm to take on his real life mentor Great Muta and Tajiri.

Gail Kim
Jimmy Suzuki is the guy playing a big role on deciding the card for Bound For Glory 2014. He recently made a comment about there possibly not being enough room for a Knockouts match, and that drew the ire of TNA fans. Suzuki explained what he meant and revealed that he has quite a bit of history with booking women. Gail Kim came out and defended Suzuki as well, as he played a part in her career early on.

While the speculations had long been out there, the Rock has finally confirmed that he will be starring in The Janson Directive. The movie is based off of a novel by Robert Ludlim, who passed away in 2001 and will not get to see the big screen adaptation of his work. Rock revealed to WWE fans that he will be producing and writing the movie as well.

Wade Barrett hasn't been on television in quite some time now because he suffered a shoulder injury during a match with Jack Swagger. He was recently up in Toronto, so he sought the help of Trish Stratus, a former WWE diva who now runs a successful yoga business. Barrett stated that the workout session with Trish helped his shoulder feel a bit better.

In a move that appears to be very petty, WWE muted the audience reaction when CM Punk was revealed for the upcoming WWE 2K15 roster. Management initially kept things cordial between the two sides when Punk first left because they were hoping that he would consider a return. However, now that a reunion is very unlikely to happen, some bitterness has started to show.

As many fans already know, Lisa Marie Varon, who worked in TNA as Tara and in WWE as Victoria, owns and operates a very successful restaurant in the Chicago area. She generated some media attention for her establishment this week when she revealed that she was introducing a burger named after Paul Heyman soon. It will feature swiss cheese, pastrami, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.

Bray Wyatt
For the past 24 years, Pro Wrestling Illustrated has listed the top 500 performers in the industry. Despite being injured, Daniel Bryan was given the top honor this year. It is the first time that he has been ranked as the top wrestler in the world. He managed to beat out fellow WWE stars, Randy Orton and John Cena. Among the notable newer performers in the top ten were Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns.

Hulk Hogan
A little bit of controversy was stirred this week when the media got a hold of the dress code implemented by the Hulk Hogan restaurant in Florida. When the WWE legend found out that some people were offended by it, he called the owner of the place and demanded that they take it down. TMZ revealed that Hogan doesn't actually own the establish. He simply licenses out his name for them to use.

By now, a lot of people are aware that Santino Marella is in the process of trying to make a comeback to professional wrestling after being forced to retire due to a severe neck injury. The former Intercontinental Champion has now revealed that he hopes to be able to make a return to WWE in about six months. The belief is that the door is open for him to come back since management views his comedic routine as an asset.

Dixie Carter
Generally, when you run a nationally known wrestling promotion, you try to lock down your performers to prevent them from being hurt elsewhere. TNA was doing that for a while, but Dixie Carter had to make some changes, in order to keep her company afloat. Performers are now given a bit more freedom to work on the independent wrestling circuit to compensate for the lower paying contracts.
