Christopher Daniels
Fans in attendance at the Comic Con event in San Diego this week have a chance to meet Christopher Daniels. The former TNA star has a booth there to promote his comic book. Daniels was paid a visit by Daniel Bryan, who was sent to the show by WWE to help promote the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game. The two of them had a nice talk and posed for a social media picture together.

Sting
Fans weren't the only ones excited this week when it was announced that Sting was going to be on the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game. The performers backstage were excited as well, as many of them grew up watching Sting during his prime. It's still uncertain as to the extent of the deal that he signed with WWE, but wrestlers are simply excited to have him involved in any shape or form.

Sting
As many of you saw on Monday Night Raw this week, a commercial aired for Sting on the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game. In a sign of how much the companies are banking on his marketing appeal, reports are surfacing that 2K paid approximately $200,000 to produce that video. The game had been receiving negative reviews from customers over the last couple of years, so the hope is that the inclusion of Sting can help to alleviate some of that.

Mick Foley
Another source of discontent for WWE performers lately is the amount of the royalty checks that are being handed out. Wrestlers who used to receive $70,000 quarterly checks for the video game are now reportedly receiving closer to $10,000. There has been some proof of that, as Mick Foley was quite vocal towards WWE about the decrease in royalties earlier in the year. A lot of the top level performers received approximately $1,500 on their second quarterly royalty check, which surprised a lot of people backstage.
July 10, 2014
John Cena
Last night on Monday Night Raw, it was revealed that John Cena would be on the cover of the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game. The move does not come as a surprise to insiders because the company really needs this product to generate a good amount of money. From a marketing perspective, you want to put your biggest asset on the cover to potentially increase the numbers.

Antonio Cesaro

Sting
Rumors are floating around right now that Sting will be included in the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game, which is scheduled to be released in October. Speculations arose recently because Sting appears to be on the verge of signing a legends contract with the company, which would enable WWE to use his likeness on merchandise. The belief is that Sting will be a bonus to those that order early.
June 5, 2014
Vince McMahon
While there are rumors that the company is delaying the release date of WWE 2K15 until Wrestlemania 31, management has not informed retailers of that decision yet. Various stores, both online and offline, are still informing their customers that the video game will be coming out sometime in October. Vince McMahon and WWE might opt to go the traditional route and release the game in the fall.

Vince McMahon
Change is a tough pill for some people to swallow, so expect to see a lot of professional wrestling fans complaining this fall if the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game does not get released around the same time as usual. Vince McMahon and company are said to be leaning towards pushing the release date back all the way until Wrestlemania 31 to capitalize on the momentum that the company has during that time of year.

Chris Jericho
"For relevant reasons. Once in a while you'll shoot texts back and forth with somebody, or if there's some business thing going on, like if they need something signed or a scan for a video game or something like that but it's not like I talk to the WWE every week and give them my thoughts on what's going on with them or they call me and give their opinions on what I've been doing. It's a business relationship and like everything else when you're gone you're gone and when you're back you're back and if there's anything in-between on a business level or a personal level I'll get in contact with them. I have a good relationship with the WWE and there's no animosity but it's not like we're calling each other every day finding out what we had for dinner that night." - Chris Jericho on his business relationship with WWE

Mick Foley
"Honestly, I'm probably not going to sign my Legends deal with WWE because I don't think they did the right thing by the guys with the video game. The check was a little low. Last year, there was a bankruptcy, but this year there wasn't. So, I don't see the upside to signing the Legends deal when the carrot isn't there dangling. So, I'm not going to sign my Legends deal." - Mick Foley reveals why he is not signing a new contract with WWE

Xavier Woods
Just like they have been doing for the last couple of years, a WWE 2K14 challenge was held during Wrestlemania 30 week, where various wrestlers participate in a tournament to see who is the best at the video game. This year, Xavier Woods, an avid video game player, won the entire thing. His prize was a championship belt and a Playstation 4.

Since the video game was sweeping the nation, WCW decided to capitalize on the popularity of the Mortal Kombat series by creating wrestling characters that were similar to the ones in the game. Bryan Clark, Ernest Miller, Glacier and Chris Kanyon were given characters that were part MMA fighters and part superheroes.
March 20, 2014
CM Punk
While the backstage heat between the two sides could subside still, the belief right now is that CM Punk will not be included in the WWE 2K15 video game that is coming out this fall. Management has started taken the painstaking steps to remove the former world heavyweight champion from a variety of projects, and the belief is that he will not be a playable character.
March 20, 2014
Dixie Carter
When the company previously attempted to get into the video game business, things did not turn out as well as everyone had hoped, so TNA put those plans to the side. During a recent interview, Dixie Carter revealed that the company was indeed working towards releasing another video game in the near future. No further details have been made available.
March 1, 2014
Xavier Woods
In order to increase his job security within the company, Xavier Woods has been pushing for his own show on the new WWE Network. The idea would be a reality television show following him as he visits video game stores across the world. He is a big fanatic and feels that he can capture some of the audience who play games as well.

Tyler Reks
While he walked away from WWE to focus on his business ventures, Tyler Reks is said to actually be open to the idea of making a return to professional wrestling. His former tag team partner, Curt Hawkins, was recently released from his contract, and the two of them quickly announced that they were available to work independent wrestling shows. There are also some rumors floating around that the two of them could be targeted by Jeff Jarrett for Global Force Wrestling.

Tyler Reks
JTG and Shad Gaspard are not the only former WWE tag team doing a reunion. Word going around is that Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks are looking into doing a tour of the independent wrestling circuit together. Reks has not been all that active since leaving WWE to start his own business. The two of them should have enough name value to pick up bookings.
June 26, 2014
Tyler Reks
A lot of people have been expecting the release of JTG since he spoke up to management about pay per view bonus checks a couple of years back, but it never happened. Until today, that is. The former Cryme Tyme member was one of many WWE stars to lose their jobs today. To his credit, JTG has already been planning for this by working on a business project with Tyler Reks.
June 12, 2014
Tyler Reks
During a recent interview, Tyler Reks shed some light as to why WWE was not releasing people as frequently as they have in the past. For public relations purposes, management is now opting to allow contracts to expire. That draws in a lot less negative attention to the company, and it greatly reduces the chances of the mainstream media picking up on the story.
March 1, 2014
Ezekiel Jackson
When he left WWE, Tyler Reks made it abundantly clear that he was doing so because he wanted to focus on other business opportunities. He is launching one of those soon in BodySpartan.com, a website dedicated to fitness. Among his business partners are current WWE stars JTG and Ezekiel Jackson, both of whom are on the roster but seldom used.

John Cena

February 26, 2014
John Laurinaitis
"If you're not on the radar, he doesn't care about you. I got belittled by him quite a bit. When I came back as T. Reks, that was Vince. Next thing you know, I was Johnny's best friend. And when all that ended, he wouldn't give me the time of day. He is not a nice person. He is all strictly business." - Tyler Reks discusses John Laurinaitis and Vince McMahon backstage

Curt Hawkins
Citing a desire to spend more time with his family and focus more on his technology company, Tyler Reks asked WWE to release him from his contract, and the company granted that request. The move comes a week after he and tag team partner Curt Hawkins debuted a new stripper gimmick on Smackdown.
