While WWE would never admit this, they are reportedly disappointed with how Tough Enough has been playing out. The show might create a couple of trends on social media here and there, but the internet wrestling community seems largely uninterested in the program. Triple H monitors social media, so there is a very good chance that the program will get a major overhaul next season.

Not wanting to disappoint his fans, John Cena is said to be quite adamant about working his match against Seth Rollins at Summerslam. He publicly stated on Tough Enough that he was ready, which sounds like he has yet to be cleared. Cena also mentioned that Triple H would not be a good odds maker because he does not think that the United States Heavyweight Champion can come back.

In a sign of how much stock the company is putting into Tough Enough, Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn were down in Florida to oversee the show instead of running Monday Night Raw like they routinely do. That meant that Triple H was left in charge of the episode. Most fans did not even notice the difference, so HHH proved that he can stick to the formula really well.

Earlier tonight on Monday Night Raw, WWE announced that they have selected the forty candidates to compete in the upcoming season of Tough Enough. Those that were not selected were sent an email from Triple H, and the vice president hinted that he is expecting there to be more seasons of the series to come.

It appears that WWE has called in some heavy hitters to make up for the loss of Steve Austin on the next season of Tough Enough. Chris Jericho has finally been announced as the host. He will be joined by a panel consisting of Hulk Hogan, Daniel Bryan and Paige. Not only that, the trainers are going to be Booker T, Billy Gunn and Lita. There will be guest appearances made on the show by Vince McMahon, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and John Cena.
