Vince McMahon out paid in WWE

Since he is the face of the company, many people are under the assumption that Vince McMahon is always the highest paid executive in WWE. That was definitely not the case this past year. George Barrios made $4.5 million, Kevin Dunn made $4.8 million and Michelle Wilson made $4.5 million. All of those surpassed the $3.3 million made by McMahon. On a side note, Triple H made $3.1 million, while Stephanie McMahon pulled in $1.7 million.

Triple H with Gene Simmons

While doing an interview to discuss the death of Lemmy Kilmister, the lead singer of Motorhead and the man that wrote his iconic theme song, Triple H revealed that he was a bit intimidated because he was sitting at the funeral with some of the greatest performers in rock music history. HHH noted that he was sat in the front row, right next to Gene Simmons, the legendary bass guitarist and co lead singer of KISS.

WWE leaking stories

Earlier in the week, WWE decided to capitalize on the hype behind AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows were joining the company by doing a story on their website. It has now been revealed that Triple H was the person behind that move, as he felt it would be better for World Wrestling Entertainment to receive the traffic instead of allowing other wrestling websites to generate revenue off of them.

HHH not in Europe

When the NXT tour of the United Kingdom began this week, a noticeable absence was Triple H, the man that is in charge of the developmental brand. The reason for that was because he was needed for WWE business in the United States. HHH will definitely be heading over to Europe whenever they do the big Takeover show in London. He will more than likely head back home afterwards.

Sting requesting referee

When he worked his Wrestlemania match against Triple H, Sting made a request to management. He wanted Charles Robinson, whom he was very familiar with from their time together in WCW, to be the referee. WWE gladly obliged. It is interesting to note that when he worked his title match at Night of Champions against Seth Rollins, Robinson was not the referee for the match.

Brock Lesnar

HHH vs Rock at Wrestlemania

As of right now, WWE still has The Rock penciled in for a big time match against Triple H at Wrestlemania. The reason why HHH is the opponent as opposed to someone like Brock Lesnar or even Seth Rollins is because management is really pushing to get Ronda Rousey to make an appearance at the pay per view. UFC won't allow her to wrestle, but they might be convinced to let her do an appearance at ringside.
