Reports surfaced earlier that Chris Jericho was given a podcast show by WWE after the company decided to drop Steve Austin, who apparently upset Vince McMahon with some of the questions that he asked Triple H. That has led fans to speculate that Jericho would be doing a more company friendly version. In response, the former world heavyweight champion sternly stated that he was going to continue to do his interviews in his own way.

HHH denies rumors

On the latest episode of his podcast show, Chyna revealed to Vince Russo that Triple H had once physically assaulted her during their relationship. Word got back to the on screen WWE COO pretty quickly, and he felt the need to defend his reputation. HHH stated that the story was a complete fabrication. He acknowledged that she had gone through quite a bit of hardship in life, but this does not justify the lies that she is telling.

The latest episode of the Vince Russo podcast show has sparked a bit of controversy. Chyna revealed to the world that Triple H had physically assaulted her when the two of them were in a relationship. The former WWE Intercontinental Champion stated that he had grown upset because she was confronting him about his affair with Stephanie McMahon. She did state that HHH did appear to feel bad after the incident happened, but the damage was done.

Management loves it because it brought a good amount of attention to the WWE Network. It is being said that they are interested in Stone Cold doing more episodes in conjunction with them. The wrestlers backstage also love the show because Austin has not avoided asking the tougher questions.

A former WWE writer has revealed a new wrinkle in the backstage feud between Triple H and CM Punk. During a podcast interview, Court Bauer stated that when Punk was working a tryout match for the company, HHH and Shawn Michaels were completely ripping him backstage. They joked harshly about his look and his performance in front of Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis, who was the head of talent relations at the time.

He stated that the Olympic gold medalist picked up the business of professional wrestling quicker than anyone he has ever seen in his career. Angle is routinely praised for being a fast learner.
