On Monday Night Raw, Kevin Owens was noticeably absent from the show. Reports have now surfaced that the reason why management did not use him was because the Intercontinental Champion was extremely sick. His son, who also came down with an illness, had been traveling with him in Pittsburgh. WWE sent Owens home so he is not working the Smackdown taping, either. He should be back next week.

During his podcast interview with Steve Austin, Ryback revealed that his contract with WWE was set to expire next year. From the sound of it, he has every intention of signing another deal to remain with the promotion. Ryback also stated that he was looking into the possibility of getting a tour bus when he is traveling to live events. Usually, management only provides those to the upper level guys.

During an episode of Table For 3, Dean Ambrose revealed that the Shield used to travel together during the first year on the WWE main roster. He stated that he, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns shared a single hotel room in order to save cost. Once they started doing well on television, they decided to upgrade a bit. That was when Rollins started traveling with Antonio Cesaro. Ambrose and Reigns added Bo Dallas to the mix.

While traveling through France to film segments for Total Divas, Paige had an unpleasant encounter with British Airways. She vented through social media that a stewardess refused to help a pregnant Rosa Mendes put her luggage in an overhead compartment. The airline responded by stating that it is against their policy for their employees to do that. They also noted that their website informs passengers of this particular policy.

For those of you that have been wondering, Scott Hall is no longer doing detox at the rehabilitation center. No word on exactly how long he was in the facility, but he is now out and about. In fact, Hall has been traveling and hanging out with his buddies in various cities. Do not expect him to make a WWE return anytime soon, as the company is in major public relations mode at the moment.

Pretty soon, Mike Rotunda might have three kids working for WWE. Mika Rotunda recently received a tryout with the company to see if she could secure herself a developmental contract. She actually spent a good amount of time at the performance center to prepare for the tryout. If signed, she would start traveling on the road with her brothers, Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt.

If you're an independent wrestling promoter, and you want to have AJ Lee on your show, then it is going to cost you at least $15,000. She is asking for that as her daily rate and traveling expenses. Of course, the former diva isn't all that eager to take on these bookings at the moment because she does not really need the money. She would rather spend time with CM Punk as he trains for his UFC debut.
