Yesterday, there were reports that Tommy Dreamer was backstage at an NXT event. That led many to believe that he was simply visiting friends backstage. However, he did a lot more than that. Rumors are now floating around that TNA is considering Helms as a potential replacement for Taz, who recently parted ways with the company. Helms was recently added to the front office as an agent and producer, but a change could be made if management deems him to be the best option to join Josh Mathews.

If Tommy Dreamer wanted an upgrade for announcer, then he might take a look at Justin Roberts. He still has passion for professional wrestling. Roberts only left WWE because he had grown disenchanted with some of the things that the front office was doing behind the scenes. Otherwise, he would have remained in the industry. House of Hardcore could benefit by bringing in another familiar voice and face for television.
