Kenta Kobayashi
It has now been revealed that WWE pays their developmental wrestlers approximately $25000 a year. There's usually a two or three year commitment involved as well. An established guy like Kenta Kobayashi may be receiving a higher salary, however. The average amount is definitely less than what some of these guys with name value can make on the independent wrestling circuit.

Mr Anderson
There are talks that Mr Anderson could be one of the next wrestlers to leave TNA. He signed a new contract last October, and it was reportedly for just a year. Since the company has been trying to be very cautious with their budget, Anderson could become a casualty. Reports surfaced in May that the former world heavyweight champion was one of the remaining performers with a big salary.
August 21, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
Reports surfaced this week that WWE has banned Alberto Del Rio from wrestling in the United States for approximately 10 or 11 months because he was found to be in breach of his contract. The former world heavyweight champion will be allowed to work in Mexico as he pleases. Del Rio may not take legal actions against WWE because the company would be paying him a salary during the next year.
August 16, 2014
Great Khali
As many already know, WWE has been trying to downplay the importance of Great Khali to the company. For years, he was paid a very high salary because of his overseas marketing appeal. However, with WWE losing a ton of money lately, there are talks that the former world heavyweight champion could become a casualty soon. Giving him a release would save WWE close to a million dollars a year.
August 13, 2014
Hernandez
Over the last year, the status of Hernandez in TNA has been up in the air. We now know that the former tag team champion is no longer under contract. His deal with TNA expired, and management opted to not renew it. Instead, the company will be utilizing the salary slot on newer performers. That has been the company strategy as of late.
May 13, 2014
Frankie Kazarian
Since the two sides could not come to an agreement on a new contract, Frankie Kazarian finished up his stint with TNA this week by working a pair of taped Impact Wrestling episodes. Rumors have it that management is letting the veteran performer walk, so that they could use his salary slot to sign a pair of younger and cheaper wrestlers.

Manik
"My contract was started midway thru the year last year but altogether with salary+appearances I was on pace for roughly $75,000-$84,000 for a year period. That's if my schedule is as busy as it was last summer/fall. Also that's only counting TNA. I'd make a lot more if I kept up with other bookings outside but I just don't. I'm also guaranteed a huge chunk of that regardless of if I wrestle or not. So it's pretty ok considering I do what I love. I'm on the low end on the roster too. Most guys do way better than me." - Manik reveals salary in TNA

Bray Wyatt
While the actual numbers are not available online as he is still a fairly new performer on the main roster, the belief is that Bray Wyatt does not have a high salary in WWE at the moment. The downside guarantee is said to be on the low end, but since he has been featured heavily on pay per view events, he supplements his salary with monthly bonus checks.
March 27, 2014
Jinder Mahal
While fans are under the impression that professional wrestlers are all getting rich, that simply is not the case, especially for a lower level performer like Jinder Mahal. The 3MB member is currently being paid $75,000 a year by WWE in downside guarantees. That salary seems like a lot, but Mahal has to pay for his own travel expenses every week.
March 26, 2014
Kofi Kingston
While he is not a main event performer in WWE, Kofi Kingston draws in a pretty good salary. His downside guarantee is $254,200 a year. Even though he does have to pay for his own travel expenses, Kingston does get thrown into a couple of pay per view events per year, which gives his annual salary a nice boost from the PPV bonuses.
March 24, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
Since he is viewed as an international marketing asset and an occasional main event performer, Alberto Del Rio is one of the few guys in WWE that has a salary that is higher than half a million a season. The former world heavyweight champion has a downside guarantee of $675,000 a year. He also receives a good amount of pay per view bonuses as well.
March 23, 2014
Scott Steiner
A website called Sport Rich List is claiming that Scott Steiner has a net worth of approximately $4.4 million, which instantly caused wrestling fans to wonder about the legitimacy of that claim, as the former WWE star has not collected a big salary in quite some time. There are those that believe that he is suing TNA because he is hoping to cash in a big pay day.
March 21, 2014
Triple H
Some interesting salary details were released about WWE today, and it has now been revealed that Triple H is collecting two checks from the company. He receives $550000 a year for being the executive vice president of talent and live events. HHH also receives $1 million a year to be a wrestler and on screen character as well.
March 20, 2014
Brodus Clay
Thanks to being a part of a popular act for a while there, Brodus Clay maintains a pretty good salary from his bosses in WWE. The former bodyguard for Snoop Dogg is now being paid $170,000 a year as a professional wrestler. Being paid more than six figures is considered quite a feat for someone that does not receive consistent time on television.
March 19, 2014
Big Show
In order to steal him away from WCW, Vince McMahon had to throw a good amount of money at the Big Show. More than a decade after the fact, his salary still remains among the top of the list in WWE. Big Show is currently being paid $1,050,000 a year in downside guarantee, and his pay per view bonuses kick it quite a bit as well.
March 17, 2014
Hulk Hogan
Celebrity DBI, a website that tracks the name value of celebrities, has Hulk Hogan at 96% popularity, which puts him just below NBA legend Michael Jordan, who is sitting at 98%. His cultural relevance was the reason why he was able to command a huge salary from TNA and why he was able to get Vince McMahon to hand him big checks now.
February 24, 2014
Evan Bourne
There are those in the company that still believe that Vince McMahon is keeping wrestlers on the roster because of Linda McMahon and her ongoing political career. Guys like Evan Bourne, Ezekiel Jackson, Hunico, JTG and Yoshi Tatsu are still on the contract and receiving a salary from the company despite not doing much.
February 24, 2014
Brock Lesnar
"With Brock I'll be honest with you, he was getting paid about four or five times more than everyone else in the developmental programme because of who he was. You don't come across an athletic specimen like that who won the NCAA Heavyweight Championship everyday. However he was not a natural wrestling fan, not a natural wrestling student, he was a bit boring in the ring to be honest because he wasn't used to being a showman. Also for a world class athlete I didn't think he was trying five times as hard as his salary." - Jim Cornette discusses Brock Lesnar as a developmental wrestler
February 14, 2014
Great Khali

While he is no longer being pushed as a legitimate threat towards the main event scene, the Great Khali is pulling in a huge salary from WWE still. He is pulling in approximately $974,000 a year, which is mainly due to the fact that he is massively popular in India and generates interest from that market

Dixie Carter
For a short period of time there, Tommy Dreamer and Dixie Carter worked online wrestling fans into believing that there was real backstage heat between the two. The belief is that he will remain in that role for the foreseeable future.

Tommy Dreamer
"I hired Brodus Clay into the WWE, he is phenomenal. I remember I met him at a bar where he was a bouncer. There was a fight and I helped him out in the fight. That's how we met. He wanted to be a wrestler I told him to go to wrestling school. There's life after WWE... you're not going to have a job forever. It's the nature of the beast. Some guys have a long run, and yes they could have gotten a lot more out of them, but it's based on someone else's opinion." - Tommy Dreamer explaining how he met Brodus Clay
June 13, 2014
Dixie Carter
While there are still some questions whether or not this is a shoot or a story line, Tommy Dreamer is telling fans that he might be done with TNA as a backstage agent after an incident where he bashed Dixie Carter for removing Bully Ray at the last minute from his House of Hardcore show. His departure has not been confirmed yet, and many are still under the belief that this is an elaborate work.

Dixie Carter
As many of you already know by now, TNA pulled Bully Ray at the last minute from a House of Hardcore show, which led to Tommy Dreamer cutting a scathing promo on Dixie Carter. The supposed backstage heat has now spilled over to social media, as Carter has responded to Dreamer on Twitter. The two have gone back and forth.
June 10, 2014
Bully Ray
Rumors are heavily floating around right now that TNA and House of Hardcore are working together. When Tommy Dreamer cut what seemed to be a shoot interview about Dixie Carter pulling Bully Ray from his show, some felt that it was out of character for Dreamer to do that, as he is viewed as one of the more respectful guys in the industry. Plus, Dreamer himself has a working relationship with TNA already, so it would not be hard to fathom that he would align his company with Carter.
June 8, 2014
Bully Ray
Earlier this week, it was discovered that Bully Ray had been pulled from the House of Hardcore event that Tommy Dreamer was promoting. It has now been revealed that TNA pulled Bully Ray, so that he can go represent the company at a Spike TV television event. Since contract negotiations on a new television deal are ongoing, TNA wanted to maintain a good working relationship with Spike TV, and Bully Ray is one of their best representatives.

He stated that the TNA president pulled Bully to appear on a promotional event for Impact Wrestling. Dreamer has a working relationship with Carter, so there are rumors that this was simply a story line to generate interest in both promotions.

Bully Ray
On June 6, Tommy Dreamer is doing another House of Hardcore wrestling event, and the ECW legend has stacked his card up tremendously. Mick Foley

She was recently at an event with Mick Foley, Kevin Nash, Tommy Dreamer and the Godfather.
March 26, 2014
Tommy Dreamer

Tommy Dreamer

"One time, and this is a true story, we were in South Africa and [Cena] started battle rapping. He started rapping with someone and it was awesome. He went five minutes just talking about things around the room. And we were like, 'Oh my gosh. Where did that come from?' Tommy Dreamer heard it and Tommy took it to Shane McMahon and Shane McMahon heard it and took it to Vince McMahon and next thing you know he's a rapper on TV…and he had already been with us six months or so. Slowly but surely he just became John Cena the superstar."

Jeff Jarrett
