The belief is that Dreamer will return to TNA and work backstage at Impact Wrestling. Tommy is said to be leaving World Wrestling Entertainment on really good terms, so it would not be impossible to see him making another return to the promotion some day.

Yesterday, there were reports that Tommy Dreamer was backstage at an NXT event. That led many to believe that he was simply visiting friends backstage. However, he did a lot more than that. The ECW legend was brought out by Joey Styles to work a match against Baron Corbin. The reason why WWE opted to do that was because the event was being held in Philadelphia. They felt that it would be a nice treat for their fans there.

A bit of bad news has come out of the Lockdown taping. TNA personnel were said to be quite concerned with the health of Jeff Hardy after a brutal spot from the steel cage. Some are even saying that he was knocked out once he was helped backstage. To his credit, Hardy did manage to finish the match. Tommy Dreamer raised the concerns even further when he stated that this was the first time that he has ever been worried about Hardy.
