Since he has been working in GFW in a tag team with Joey Ryan, there has been some speculation about Kenny King and his current status with TNA. Some are under the belief that he is leaving the promotion completely, especially since guys like MVP have taken off. That does not appear to be the case. King still intends on working for Total Nonstop Action for the time being.

Right now, he is working live events on the independent wrestling circuit. Shaw is also keeping himself relevant and paid by appearing at conventions. He might still make a return someday to Impact Wrestling, but for now, he is doing his own thing.
