Now that they have secured a new television deal with POP TV, TNA officials have put plans in place to start filming more episodes of Impact Wrestling. Management has officially announced that Bethlehem, Pennsylvania will be the location for their new filming. The shows will take place in the beginning of January, so Dixie Carter is more than likely going to sign more performers before then.

While much of the internet wrestling community doubting their ability to do so, TNA has announced that they have found a new home for Impact Wrestling. Starting in January, the show will be aired on the POP TV network, which is owned by CBS and is available in approximately 75 million homes in the United States. Dixie Carter finalized the deal this week when she traveled to Los Angeles.

As the internet wrestling community continues to speculate on the future of TNA, Dixie Carter revealed that she was heading to Los Angeles for some business meetings. Reports have surfaced that those meetings are in regards to finding a new television network for Impact Wrestling. WGN has sprung up as a leading candidate to be the new host. The two sides have negotiated a deal before.

As some of you may already know, Goldberg and Bram are appearing in a movie together called Check Point, which is currently in post production and will be released some time in 2016. Promotions for the film have already begun, and TNA cleverly found themselves a window of opportunity. Management contacted Goldberg to see if he would be interested in showing up on Impact Wrestling to promote his movie.

Now that ROH is officially being dropped by Destination America, there are some rising concerns in TNA in regards to their television situation. Many believe that the network is ending their experiment with professional wrestling. They feel that Impact Wrestling will be canceled soon. Dixie Carter, however, is said to be working fervently to secure a new television contract with another network.

Some potentially good news for TNA fans that are hoping that Impact Wrestling stays on Destination America. The network recently made a change in general manager. The previous person who held the post was the one that made the decision to drop professional wrestling from their network. Dixie Carter may have a better chance with the new person in charge, who happens to be a woman as well.

If you watch Impact Wrestling on a weekly basis, then you see James Storm being a participant in the World Title Series to determine a new heavyweight champion in TNA. According to Storm, however, he had no idea that he was involved in such a story line when he filmed those matches. He suggest that management did not inform a lot of people about the tournament when they were performing their matches.

Reports have surfaced that TNA officials are in talks with four different cable television networks at the moment to see if one of them would be a suitable home for Impact Wrestling next year. While it has not been confirmed yet, WGN is said to be one of the networks. They expressed interest prior to the decision being made to sign with Destination America. Jeff Hardy will be used as a selling point to the network executives.
