Booker T

First black WWE champion

During a conference call with the media, Triple H was asked about when WWE would crown their first black world champion. Showing how adept he is with public relations, he quickly dismissed the question by noting that The Rock and Booker T have already accomplished that. He wondered out loud why people do not remember two of the more recognizable names in the history of professional wrestling.

Undertaker replaces Hogan

When WWE signed a deal with PEZ Candy to produce dispensers decorated with the likeness of professional wrestlers, they promised their business partner that they would include three of the biggest names in professional wrestling. John Cena, The Rock and Hulk Hogan were the chosen ones. Due to the recent controversy, however, Hogan has been replaced by management. Undertaker has been given the third slot.

The Rock

WWE marketing top stars

Even though they are both well established in the mainstream media, WWE continues to spend a good amount of resource in figuring out new and better ways of marketing The Rock and John Cena. While the internet wrestling community is begging for the focus to be placed on new stars, management knows that the proven commodities are the ones that are going to bring in the most revenue to the company.

Triple H

HHH hogging spotlight

There is some concern within WWE over the roles that Triple H has been giving himself. Even though he was the right guy for the part because of his in ring abilities and name value, some questioned if he should have been the one to work with Sting in his debut match. HHH is also penciled in to work with The Rock at Wrestlemania, so a decent amount of people are going to silently accuse him of putting himself in the biggest spotlight.

HHH vs Rock at Wrestlemania

As of right now, WWE still has The Rock penciled in for a big time match against Triple H at Wrestlemania. The reason why HHH is the opponent as opposed to someone like Brock Lesnar or even Seth Rollins is because management is really pushing to get Ronda Rousey to make an appearance at the pay per view. UFC won't allow her to wrestle, but they might be convinced to let her do an appearance at ringside.

Marty Jannetty wants induction

Even though he routinely bashes WWE for becoming a more kid friendly product, Marty Jannetty has been campaigning through social media for a hall of fame induction. A solo induction is unlikely to happen as his run was not all that memorable as a singles performer. His best chance of getting the honor would be if management decided to honor Shawn Michaels again by inducting the Rockers.

Triple H

HHH and Rock heat

To the public, Triple H and The Rock get along just fine nowadays. However, some feel that the two of them still have some animosity from when they were competing to move up the same ladder in WWE all those years ago. Ric Flair is one of those people. He stated on his latest podcast interview show that he feels that the two of them still do not really like one another.

The Rock

Rock at Summerslam

Even before Roman Reigns added fuel to the fire, there were rumors that WWE officials had internally discussed the possibility of The Rock making an appearance at Summerslam. It would provide the fans with at least another thing to pop for. He does do a lot of business in New York, so the possibility cannot be ruled out.

The Rock

The Rock favorite match

During a recent interview, The Rock revealed that one of his favorite matches of all time was when he worked a live event with Chris Jericho in Hawaii. He stated that the match meant a lot more to him than normal because he associated the state with failures from his youth. The former world heavyweight champion talked about how hard it was when he and his mother were evicted from their tiny apartment.
