The former world heavyweight champion revealed that he and Funk came pretty close one time to convincing Vince McMahon to let them do an exploding barbed wire match at a remote location and have it be featured on one of the pay per view events. While he acknowledged that he does have a tendency to change his answer because there are just so many wrestlers that he admired as a kid, he listed Terry Funk. During a recent interview, Terry Funk explained that while he loved wrestling Dusty Rhodes because the two of them were close friends, he loved it even more because he made more money with the American Dream than with any other wrestler that he worked with over the years. The two of them used to draw really good crowds throughout the south.
