Bobby Lashley
It's not easy to juggle a career in professional wrestling and mixed martial arts. That's why TNA is being cautious with how they utilize Bobby Lashley. It is being said that management will closely observe what happens in his upcoming fight for Bellator this weekend. If Lashley is too battered and bruised, then TNA will take the world title off of him at an upcoming Impact Wrestling and allow him to take some time off.

Rampage Jackson
Rampage Jackson has an MMA fight scheduled for the end of February. While some would believe that Bellator would send him to Impact Wrestling to do some promotional work, there appears to be very little talk within TNA of that happening. The two companies still have a working agreement, but it appears that it is not being utilized as much now.
February 14, 2014
CM Punk
While a lot of wrestling fans are brushing off the possibility of it happening, CM Punk might actually be giving MMA a chance, as the former WWE champion has generated some interest from various companies, such as World Series of Fighting and Bellator.
February 6, 2014
CM Punk

According to reports, Bellator is interested in signing CM Punk, if he wanted to try changing careers. It has been a well known fact that Punk is a big fan of MMA, where he is frequently seen at UFC events. As many already know, he recently walked out on WWE after some disagreements.

Tensai
There are those backstage in WWE that are wondering why the feud between Brodus Clay and Tensai never surfaced. Obviously, management wanted it to happen at one point, as they gave the split some television time. The feeling is that there is backstage heat on Clay, as he has not been utilized on television in three weeks now.
February 16, 2014
Tensai
With the way things are looking right now, it appears that Tensai is done as a full time in ring performer for WWE. He has been spending a lot of time lately working in other areas of the company. He has done commentary for WWE NXT and is currently working on a show for the WWE Network. He might still work matches occasionally, though.
February 15, 2014
Tensai
There is some confusion backstage in WWE over what the company is doing with Brodus Clay. While they made the effort to turn him heel, give him a new look and split him apart from Tensai, Naomi Knight and Cameron, management hasn't exactly been behind his push. He has lost his last seven televised matches and has only been used on Smackdown once this year.

Tensai

Initially, the feud was designed to give the spotlight to newcomer Xavier Woods, but it now appears that WWE has shifted the attentiont to Brodus Clay and his impending heel turn instead. That's why they went with that segment on TLC last night.

December 16, 2013
Tensai

The top candidates to work the kickoff match at the TLC pay per view right now are Xavier Woods, R Truth, Brodus Clay and Tensai. There's also a chance that WWE could opt to do a singles match between Woods and Clay as well.

December 7, 2013
Tensai

Initially, WWE had plans on turning Brodus Clay, Tensai, Naomi and Cameron all into heels, but with Total Divas being signed for another season, executives from E! reportedly asked the company to keep the Funkadactyls as faces.

December 7, 2013
Tensai

While many fans are under the impression that it is a permanent thing, WWE might not be doing a permanent heel turn with Brodus Clay. The belief is that this is just to give Xavier Woods something to work with.

Bobby Lashley
For MMA fighters, you only have a certain amount of time in the business, so you want to get as many fights as humanly possible before you retire. Bobby Lashley is fully aware of this theory, and he embraces it. The TNA star won a fight earlier this month for Bellator, and he's already scheduled for another one next month at a show in Kansas.
September 22, 2014
Bobby Lashley
Bellator 123 is over, and Bobby Lashley has another win in his MMA career now. The TNA World Heavyweight Champion successfully defeated Josh Burns via submission. The win took place about a minute into the second round when Lashley was able to lock on a rear naked choke hold. The victory is expected to be heavily hyped up by TNA to bring a little more credibility to their championship.

Bobby Lashley
TNA has a couple of live events coming up in a few days, and their world heavyweight champion will not be around. Bobby Lashley is going to be missing the one night only pay per view taping and an international television taping because he has to do a fight for Bellator MMA on September 5. His opponent is Josh Burns, who currently has an 8-7 record.

Matt Morgan
"If it's true that Spike TV doesn't renew their deal with TNA, it's a double edged sword, in my opinion. They were and are atrociously bad at advertising the show whatsoever. I never used to see us advertised except maybe an hour before Impact Wrestling started. Not acceptable. The most annoying part when I was still wrestling there was I'd see Bellator constantly advertised, and we were doing better numbers at the time. Hell, even Manswers got better public relations by the network than we did. The bad side of the sword is that it obviously takes a ton of TNA's revenue away that they counted on to pay the wrestlers. For the company's future, I think the further they get the hell away from Spike, the better the company will be. That's just my opinion obviously." - Matt Morgan on the rumors that Spike TV is canceling their television deal with TNA
July 28, 2014
Bobby Lashley
Some interesting news coming out of TNA, as Bellator has now announced that Bobby Lashley will be making his MMA debut for their company in September. The current world heavyweight champion is scheduled to fight against veteran Josh Burns at the Mohegan Sun Arena. The belief is that Spike heavily pushed to make this happen as Bellator and TNA are two of their top performing brands.

Bjorn Rebney, the CEO of Bellator, stated that he has hired coaches and trainers to come in and teach Jackson the finer points of being a wrestler. He also noted that he keeps in contact with Dixie Carter, so Jackson will be working with TNA again soon.
March 13, 2014
CM Punk
MMA fighters Jason Miller and Phil Baroni are calling out CM Punk over Twitter. The two former UFC stars each posted a message recently about the former WWE star. Miller appears to be joking, as he mentioned that the fight should be in a Dairy Queen parking lot. However, Baroni is more straight forward and stated that the fight can happen in Bellator.
February 16, 2014
Tensai
With his in ring career fully behind him now, Tensai has been slowly gaining power backstage in WWE. He impressed management with his ability to function as a color commentator. Now, he has convinced them to let him have a bigger part in the company by training the developmental wrestlers. WWE likes the fact that Tensai has worked overseas and is familiar with a lot of different styles of wrestling.

William Regal
Since the company is always searching for new talent, WWE held tryouts this past week. There were approximately 30 people trying out, with 20 of them having actual experience in professional wrestling.

Tensai
Since he has been making the transition from in ring performer to commentator, Tensai has been contemplating a name change, as his current moniker does not suit his new position with WWE NXT. During the television taping this week, he was introduced as Jason Alberts, which might be a play on his former character name of Prince Albert.
March 2, 2014
Tensai
Through Twitter, Karl Anderson revealed that Tensai was making $349,000 a year in WWE. That amount is substantially higher than what the lower level and mid card guys in the company are making. "As far as my future goals, I hope to be a regular commentator on WWE NXT. From there, I hope to be part of a team to call Monday Night Raw or SmackDown. I would also like to be a trainer and producer for WWE at some point. I like to set lofty goals and tackle them a day at a time."

- Tensai

Tensai

December 20, 2013
Xavier Woods

The current plan in WWE is to have Naomi and Cameron leaving Brodus Clay, who has now turned heel, and Tensai to join Xavier Woods and R Truth. The segment on Monday Night Raw this week was designed to further that story line.

John Cena wins Royal Rumble 2013 by last eliminating Ryback. Other contestants in the match include Antonio Cesaro, Bo Dallas, Brodus Clay, Chris Jericho, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, Daniel Bryan, Darren Young, David Otunga, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Godfather, Goldust, Great Khali, Heath Slater, Jinder Mahal, Kane, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Ryback, Santino Marella, Sheamus, Sin Cara, Tensai, The Miz, Titus ONeil, Wade Barrett and Zack Ryder.

Randy Orton

Chris Benoit shocked the wrestling world when he was able to win the Royal Rumble and earned himself a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. He was successfully able to eliminate the Big Show to win the match.

January 25, 2004
Rey Mysterio
As many fans already know, Rey Mysterio is still under contract to WWE, which means that he cannot work elsewhere during the duration of the deal. The masked superstar wants to return to Mexico and wrestle for AAA. Many were under the belief that he was going to wait for his current deal with WWE to expire, but there are now talks that the company could extend his deal again next year and force him to remain on the sidelines.
October 22, 2014
Adam Pearce
Rumors were floating around that Nick Dinsmore was given a release by WWE because of backstage politics as opposed to budget cost. Those rumors are gaining steam right now because the company is reportedly interested in hiring Adam Pearce as his replacement. The former NWA champion has been spotted at the performance center a couple of times already this month.
October 21, 2014
Bully Ray
Now that their contracts with TNA have officially expired, there has been some contact between Team 3D and WWE. The two sides are discussing a potential return to the company. The move may come as a shock to certain fans because there was a widespread belief that Bully Ray and Devon were never going to be able to work in WWE ever again due to backstage heat. That apparently is not the case.
October 17, 2014
Brandi Rhodes
Now that Justin Roberts has been given a release by WWE, fans are speculating as to who will replace him as the announcer for Monday Night Raw. Lilian Garcia is said to be ruled out because the Smackdown schedule works much better for her pursuit of music. Byron Saxton is just the backup for now. Brandi Rhodes and JoJo Offerman are the two primary candidates for the role.
October 16, 2014
Rey Mysterio
While the backstage heat between the two sides remains at a pretty high level, it does not appear that WWE will be giving a release to Rey Mysterio any time soon. Management has started to accept that the former world heavyweight champion will not be returning to work anytime soon, but they will not let him out of his contract to help another promotion out. WWE would rather just keep him on the sidelines for the time being, especially since Mysterio has reportedly stopped cashing in their checks.
October 15, 2014
Kurt Angle
Earlier in the week, it was reported that WWE had offered Kurt Angle a full time contract, which he turned down because he wanted a part time deal to preserve his body and health. There are speculations floating around that Triple H only made that offer because he knew that Angle would reject it. Some are still under the belief that HHH wants nothing to do with Angle and is attempting to block his return to the company.
October 15, 2014
Alexander Rusev
One of the ideas being floated around right now has Mark Henry doing his rumored heel turn at Hell in a Cell 2014. WWE has planted the seeds by having Henry helping Big Show out in his feud against Alexander Rusev and Lana. The belief is that management wants to use the feud to put Rusev closer to the main event scene, while protecting Big Show, which can be done if Henry turns and costs him the match at the pay per view.
October 15, 2014
Adrian Neville
WWE officials are a lot more observant than fans think that they are. The company routinely monitors the audience reaction to certain performers. As of late, management has noticed that the ovations that Adrian Neville has been receiving when working with the main roster has been superb. On some nights, he gets more of a reaction than the guys that have been on television regularly.
October 15, 2014
Dean Ambrose
WWE is promoting Hell in a Cell 2014 as having a double main event, and the reason behind that is simple. They do not believe that Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are proven draws yet, even with the big steel structure and a highly entertaining feud behind them. Thus, the reliance on John Cena and Randy Orton, two guys that the company has relied on for years now, to help sell the pay per view.
October 14, 2014
Jeff Jarrett
While there has not been a ton of details revealed from the deal between New Japan Pro Wrestling and Global Force Wrestling, there are reports that have surfaced that Jeff Jarrett is looking to distribute content from the overseas promotion across the United States. His ability to do that would greatly increase if he were able to secure a national television deal, which he is rumored to have been working on over the past couple of months.
October 14, 2014
Mike Tenay
Another person that could be walking away from TNA in the near future is Mike Tenay, their longtime play by play commentator. His contract with the company expires in January, so he is expected to work until then. Many within the industry believe that a new television deal will be finalized and announced before then, so a contract extension for Tenay would not be out of the question.
October 14, 2014
Samoa Joe
Reports have surfaced that Samoa Joe and TNA parted ways after Bound For Glory 2014 once the contract between the two sides expired. As many already know, the company has been allowing top level performers to walk away because they simply do not want to make big financial commitments until a new television deal is secured. The belief is that Joe could be brought back on board once a new home on television has been found.
October 14, 2014
Daniel Bryan
Fans of Daniel Bryan were given a degree of optimism not too long ago when reports surfaced that he would be healthy enough to make a return at Royal Rumble 2015. However, new reports are coming out that the former world heavyweight champion is still have issues regaining strength in his arms, so the timetable is said to be pushed back to Wrestlemania 31.
October 14, 2014
Kurt Angle
While reports have surfaced that Kurt Angle has indeed been in negotiation with WWE on his final contract in the business, the former world heavyweight champion has not ruled out a potential return to TNA because the company is more than willing to give him the part time deal that he prefers. Angle has publicly stated that this will be his final contract as a wrestler, and he wants to try to gain more ground in Hollywood.
October 14, 2014
Bully Ray
During Bound For Glory 2014, Bully Ray and Devon specifically mentioned the Bullet Club, a stable in New Japan. That is of interest because the pay per view was promoted by Great Muta and Wrestle-1. This has led to speculation that Team 3D may end up signing with Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Wrestling because the company has a partnership with New Japan.
October 12, 2014
Alexander Rusev
A lot of speculation has arisen ever since Rock made a surprise appearance on Monday Night Raw and worked a segment with Alexander Rusev and Lana. Many are under the impression that a match between the two could take place at Wrestlemania 31. However, WWE does not appear to be heading in that direction. Rusev is still penciled in for a high profile match against John Cena at the pay per view.
October 12, 2014
Mick Foley
With the amount of punishment that his body went through during his long professional wrestling career, Mick Foley understandably prefers that his children not follow his footsteps. However, that is exactly what is happening. Noelle Foley is reportedly training to become an in ring performer. The 20 year old is said to be training somewhere in the Long Island area.
October 12, 2014
Hulk Hogan
Fans celebrated in glee recently when it appeared that Steve Austin was going to be making a return to WWE. However, there should be some caution mixed in with that excitement. Austin has long stated that he would only do it if the deal was right. Management seems to be focused on Sting and Hulk Hogan at the moment, so negotiations with Austin have not made any progress.
October 11, 2014
Alexander Rusev
While he does not have a story line or a feud on Monday Night Raw, Bray Wyatt has been working against Big Show, most recently during the brief tour of Malaysia. That has led to speculations that the two of them could be bringing that feud to television soon. However, Big Show is expected to put over Alexander Rusev, which would bring him down a notch. Management is concerned about putting Wyatt against mid card performers after moving him all the way up to John Cena.
October 11, 2014
Christian
As many of you already know, Edge recently made a cameo appearance via video on Monday Night Raw to promote the Smackdown anniversary. Word going around is that Christian played a heavy part in recruiting and convince Edge to make the appearance. Since retiring from the ring, Edge has distanced himself greatly from WWE, only making a couple of appearances.
