Dwayne Johnson new television show

Not being one to settle in life, Dwayne Johnson keeps making move after move in Hollywood. His latest venture has just been announced. Through a partnership with 44 Blue Productions, Johnson will be unveiling a new television series about drum competitions. The show will follow two teams, one in Pennsylvania and the other in northern California. Fuse Media has already green lit the project and will put it on their network.

Since it is the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year, it is no secret that everyone in WWE wants to get on the main card at Wrestlemania. The Dudley Boyz are no exception. The two of them have been campaigning for some sort of match at the pay per view. It is being said that they are heavily pitching dream matches because that would be more of a draw than them working against current teams.

Animal explains that the reason why the front office did that is because they were selling so much merchandise. Management wanted to give them a softer side to cater to the younger fan base.

One of the more conflicting Summerslam spoilers is the one involving Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. Both teams are being pushed, so WWE is going to try to protect all the participants as much as possible. Since there are lingering rumors of a new Wyatt Family member being introduced, there are more leaning towards them picking up a tainted victory at the pay per view.

In a best of three falls match for the tag team championship, New Day was successfully able to retain the belts by defeating Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro. The two teams split the first two match before Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston were able to capture the decisive fall. The duo was able to overcome a strong challenge from Kidd and Cesaro because Xavier Woods sneaked into the ring and pinned Cesaro without the referee recognizing him.

When GFW first announced members of their new roster, they picked up two of the best tag teams from New Japan. The division just got even better as the company has managed to sign one of the hottest acts in professional wrestling. The Young Bucks will play a key part of Global Force Wrestling. The excitement that they bring can help draw in the fans. Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson will continue to work independently and internationally as well.

Killer Elite Squad to GFW

Getting one of the top tag teams in New Japan was not enough for Jeff Jarrett. He went out and signed another one. Lance Hoyt and Davey Boy Smith Jr have both signed a contract with GFW. They will be a regular part of the roster, while also continuing to do tours of Japan. That way, they can maintain their international name value. While the two of them did not find a lot of success in WWE, they have established themselves as stars overseas.

Lucha Libre World Cup

On May 24, 2015, AAA is holding another Lucha Libre World Cup live event in Mexico. TNA is going to have a presence there, as one of the teams competing in the tournament will be represented by that company. As of right now, Matt Hardy is the only performer that is confirmed for the team. However, management should be able to finalize deals soon to round out the rest of the unit. The two companies maintain a good working relationship.
