Over the weekend, Forbes magazine published an article that speculated that Steve Austin was going to be working a dream match against Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. It didn't take long for word to get back to the Texas Rattlesnake. He immediately took to social media to deny the reports. Austin bluntly stated that his name should be removed from the rumor mill because it is not going to be happening.

When Dana White posted something on social media about professional wrestling being fake, he received the ire of the internet wrestling community and the wrestlers themselves. Steve Austin defended White on his latest podcast by noting that White has been mostly respectful towards the business and has friends in the industry. Austin also stated that White has personally treated him with nothing but respect.

After the telecast was over, angry fans told Hayes that he did not keep his words. The legendary member of the Fabulous Freebirds decided to issue a response by stating that he never said that it would be huge surprises. He never promised Steve Austin or The Rock.

Everyone knows that Bill DeMott will not be the coach on Tough Enough next season. Steve Austin has refused to have any involvement with WWE at the moment. The show is definitely going to take place, so a coach will be needed. Through social media, Goldust has expressed a desire to fill that role. He is said to be transitioning from an in ring career to that of a trainer very soon, so this would be quite fitting for both sides.

Those that watched the TLC pay per view last night, know that Dolph Ziggler once again stole the show during his ladder match with Luke Harper for the Intercontinental Championship. Not only has the new champion received quite a bit of praise backstage, he is also receiving a good amount of praise from legends via social media. Edge stated that the match reminded him of why he loved professional wrestling, while Steve Austin said that he enjoyed every part of the match.
