This would explain why a good amount of wrestlers backed Del Rio when he left the company.

Thanks to the help of Kane, Seth Rollins was able to climb the ladder uninterrupted and win the briefcase at Money in the Bank 2014. The Big Red Monster came to the ring and attacked Dean Ambrose to clear the path. Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Rob Van Dam were all laid out on the floor during the finale. In a subtle move, WWE has switched company ownership for their on screen characters. Stephanie McMahon is now being announced as "the principal owner" instead of "one of the principal owners". Rumors are floating around that the reason for this is because Vince McMahon wants to retire his character. He'll still make on screen appearances, though, but he will not be portraying the character when he does.

However, the presumed wet spot on the backside of her dress was basically caused by the lighting in the arena. Stephanie continued to wear the dress backstage afterwards.

He simply adopted the Ole Anderson name to connect with the audience who were already familiar with Gene Anderson, his story line brother. Back in 2000, the world of professional wrestling was saddened by the death of Masakazu Fukuda. While working a tournament match, Fukuda was hit by a flying elbow drop from Katsuyori Shibata. The blow proved to be fatal, as Fukuda had to be taken to the hospital, where he died a couple of days later. New Japan finished the tournament and dedicated the event in his honor.

Even though he was an unknown, Vicious was able to convince the promoters in Japan to give him a shot at the legendary Tatsumi Fujinami and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. He lost, of course, but was able to gain some recognition in the late 1980s by being in the match.
