Ashley Massaro returning

As some of you already know, a very mean prank was pulled on Ashley Massaro not too long ago. A person pretended to be Stephanie McMahon on social media and invited Ashley to visit backstage at Monday Night Raw. The former diva was enthusiastic because she yearns for a return to WWE. Unfortunately, though, management has not reached out to her since the incident, even though it would be a good move for public relations.

Zack Ryder and Adam Rose heat

As many of you already know, Zack Ryder is rarely utilized by WWE and Adam Rose is someone that has unfortunately gotten lost in the shuffle. The two of them, however, have been generating some interest from the internet wrestling community because it appears that they are fighting with one another through social media. The belief is that they are just playfully ribbing one another, a tradition in the business. No real backstage heat.

Lilian Garcia botches

Work was a bit rough last night for Lilian Garcia. She had a couple of botches at Fast Lane, and they were quickly picked up by fans on social media. The longtime WWE announcer became a trend online because fans caught her saying a couple of things wrong. Since management keeps a close eye on social media, there is a very good chance that they noticed the mistakes as well now. There is a small chance of her having backstage heat over this.

Kevin Nash backstage heat

While there were a lot of assumptions that there would be backstage heat on Kevin Nash for going on social media and telling fans that he has no intentions of ever doing business again with WWE, the opposite has been true. It appears that there might be some backstage heat between Josh Mathews, who is now the lead commentator for TNA, and Jim Ross. Daniel Bryan at Royal Rumble

In a nice little swerve on Monday Night Raw, Daniel Bryan convinced WWE fans that he might be retiring as an in ring performer, thanks in part to a simple social media message, before delightfully surprising the audience with the announcement that he would be making his return at the Royal Rumble. There had been legitimate concerns backstage over his health, as many were under the belief that he would walk away like Edge did to ensure his long term health.
