It is also being said that Tammy is ready to film her first porn video as soon as the contract is signed.

He would not have done that if he was on the verge of signing a contract with WWE because the promotion does not usually allow their performers to work for another company.

The sum has not been disclosed, but the belief is that someone with the stature of Joe would be able to comment a bit more money that what the NXT performers normally get paid. The company has yet to confirm the signing, but they do not usually make an announcement on developmental signings.
