Ryback wins IC title

Going into the Elimination Chamber, Sheamus was initially penciled in as the person that was scheduled to walk out of the enormous steel cage structure with the Intercontinental Championship in his hand. However, as a sign that WWE still continues to change up plans on a frequent basis, management opted to put the belt on Ryback for whatever reasons.
