The belief is that the company might wait until a new television deal has been signed before renegotiating with some of the bigger stars.

CM Punk
Reports are going around that CM Punk could be officially gone from WWE now. The former world heavyweight champion has been removed from the active roster list on the website. His profile has been moved over to the alumni section, which the company normally does when a performer is gone. Punk's contract is said to be expiring later on this week, so it's interesting that WWE pulled the trigger on the roster change ahead of time.

Hulk Hogan
With the company in Japan for a tour, WWE stars were in for a bit of a rude awakening this weekend. A 6.8 earthquake struck the island country. Several of the stars made note of the incident through their social media website. Hulk Hogan revealed that his bed had moved around the hotel room. Fortunately, though, this particular earthquake did not produce devastating tsunamis like the last one.

John Morrison
If you're a fan of John Morrison, now is a good time to head on over to the Amazon website because Hercules Reborn, which the former WWE performer stars in, is being released and shipped today. Interestingly enough, the website credits Morrison as the director as well as the star. However, that might simply be a typo because Nick Lyon sat in the director's chair for the film.

Sting
A little stir was created earlier this week on WWE.com, as the website teased a dream match between Sting and Undertaker, which is something that fans have been clamoring to see for the last several years. Unfortunately, though, nothing is in the works at the moment, as this was simply something concocted by the technology department to increase traffic.

CM Punk
On their official website, WWE produced a list of the greatest talkers in the history of the business. The top five consisted of Ric Flair, Rock, Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper and Steve Austin. The more interesting inclusion, though, is CM Punk, who is listed at #16. The company has not made much mention of him since he walked away a couple of months ago.

While there was some heat on Sargent Slaughter within WWE for comments he made about Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan, it appears that both sides are now on good terms again. Sgt Slaughter

There are those within WWE that are really upset with Sargent Slaughter right now because of his comments during a recent interview about the company not treating and utilizing Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler properly.

Daniel Bryan

"I don't think he's [Bryan] being treated fairly. [The people at WWE] are making him work awfully hard to be successful and he's not letting them down. He's working harder than ever. He's like a giant slayer. He takes on the biggest and the best. Kind of like Dolph Ziggler -- he's another talent I thought he wasn't being used right, and I brought it up in several production meetings that they shouldn't do his character as they were."
