Fans attending WWE live events this upcoming weekend might be in for a bit of disappointment if they were looking forward to see John Cena and Randy Orton. Due mainly to the negative response from fans, WWE has been forced to keep Roman Reigns away from the top spot. That is the reason why he is stuck in a feud with the Big Show at the moment. At one point in time, management had plans for Reigns to work a stall program with Kane. That feud is most likely to happen if they change their minds about having Reigns work a triple threat title match with Seth Rollins and Randy Orton at Payback.

For whatever reasons, Rollins took on the last name of his stepfather and kept it ever since.

In a rather interesting bit of news, a lot of fans in attendance at Monday Night Raw were said to have left before the main event even started. That is peculiar because WWE was trying to determine a number one contender for their world heavyweight championship. Apparently, a lot of these fans were already able to predict that Randy Orton was going to be the one to challenge Seth Rollins at Extreme Rules, so they walked out.

Some fans noticed that the side plates on the championship belt held by Seth Rollins did not have his logo on there. That has led to some speculations that WWE does not intend on him having a long streak as the titleholder. The front office actually ordered the plates from a different company, but they were not a fit, so new ones had to be made. The plan right now is for Reigns to hold the belt for a good period of time.

Now that he is the top champion, WWE has come to a decision on how they want to utilize Seth Rollins. He is going to be portraying a cowardly heel who does whatever it takes to hold on to his belt. The move should come as no surprise because Triple H has always been a big fan of Ric Flair. That is the guideline that he and the creative department will be using. The goal is to get fans to root for the faces that are challenging for the belt.
