John Cena

Undertaker vs Cena

With the devastating loss of Seth Rollins, WWE has been forced to make changes to their Wrestlemania lineup. The former world heavyweight champion was scheduled for one of the main event slots. One of the ideas that has been tossed around backstage is to finally pull that trigger on a match between John Cena and Undertaker, especially since the latter is running out of performers that he can work with.

Pushing Dean Ambrose

As many of you already know, John Cena is expected to take some time away from WWE in the near future. That means that there will be an empty spot for someone on the roster to try to claim during his absence. It is being said that many backstage are pushing for Dean Ambrose to be given that chance. The one thing that might get in the way of that is that it might be too soon to do a rematch with Seth Rollins.

WWE signs Shield

During a recent interview, Seth Rollins revealed that Joey Mercury was the person that was responsible for getting him a developmental contract with WWE. The world heavyweight champion also revealed that Mercury was also instrumental in getting a deal done for Dean Ambrose. Tom Prichard

Dean Ambrose attitude backstage

Earlier in the year, Tom Prichard revealed in a non malicious manner that Seth Rollins was getting a bigger push in WWE because he was better at being a backstage politician than Dean Ambrose. Word going around is that Ambrose is simply not political at all. He enjoys wrestling, and he probably hopes that his hard work and connection with the audience will bring the big push by itself.

Seth Rollins a politician

All three members of the Shield were trained by Tom Prichard, so when he speaks about them, he has a lot more insights than the fans do. The legendary trainer revealed recently that a major reason why Seth Rollins is being pushed more in WWE than Dean Ambrose is because the former is a much better backstage politician than the latter. Prichard was not being malicious with those comments.

Triple H

Seth Rollins as a heel

Rumors are floating around right now that there is a major difference of opinions backstage on how Seth Rollins should be booked as a heel champion. Triple H wants to keep going the old school route by having Rollins be a cowardly champion, much like how Ric Flair used to be. Vince McMahon, however, wants Rollins to be booked as a stronger champion with more credibility with the fans.

Orton putting over Rollins

A match between Randy Orton and Seth Rollins is still heavily expected to take place at Wrestlemania. That much is known. What is not known, however, is who management will have coming out on top after the bell rings. Many backstage in WWE are pushing for Rollins to be put over, so that he can be moved into a title program with Roman Reigns. However, there are some that are pushing for Orton to get the win because he is making a comeback.
