Before becoming a professional wrestler, Jim Duggan was quite the football player. He was recruited to play at the Ohio State University, but the future WWE star opted to play for Southern Methodist University instead. He then was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons, but a severe knee injury caused him to give up on his NFL dreams after a year.
