Since neither side could come to a settlement agreement, Scott Steiner and TNA are going to see one another in court instead. The lawsuit that the company filed against the former world heavyweight champion will go before a judge in Nashville on February 11, 2016. They are seeking damages from the fact that Steiner disparaged the company even though he allegedly agreed not to do so in his contract.

Since the two of them have not been able to get along very well over the past couple of years, it should come as no surprise that Scott Steiner would be jumping all over the Hulk Hogan controversy. The former world heavyweight champion recommended that Hogan shoot himself to death. Steiner also feels that Hogan tried to throw Vince McMahon under the bus.

An interesting scenario played out at a recent GFW live event in Jackson, Mississippi. Scott Steiner was in the ring, cutting a promo, when he was interrupted by Chris Masters. The two had to be pulled apart to stop a brawl. Masters wrestled Benjamin in the main event, and Steiner came out to hit Masters with a bat. Benjamin then cut a promo, telling the fans that he defended Steiner's honor.

Louis Gregory is claiming that Hogan blocked him through social media, but he is proud of the fact that he has been able to get the attention of the legendary performer.

Steiner stated that he finds the current product to be hard to watch. Earlier in the week, Scott Steiner challenged Hulk Hogan to show up at Legends of Wrestling and try to body slam him, a feat that he was willing to pay $1 million. Well, to avoid being caught up in any legal issues, the promoter of the event has released a public statement. In it, he states that his company has nothing to do with the challenge or the video. He said that was something Steiner did on his own. He reiterated that Hogan is not a part of the show.

In a rather interesting development, Scott Steiner has challenged Hulk Hogan to come to the Legends of Wrestling event on June 7, 2015 in New York. Steiner states that Hogan's biggest claim to fame is body slamming Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania decades ago. He is putting up a million dollars out of his own pocket to say that Hogan cannot body slam him now. Of course, Steiner also threatened to attack Hogan if he does show up in the ring.

However, it appears that his close relationship with Jeff Jarrett has proven that to be wrong. GFW has signed Steiner and added him to their roster. While there is a slight chance he may wrestle, the belief is that he will simply be doing appearances for them.
