While he still needs further training, Cody Hall has been impressing those within New Japan. He has been very receptive to advice and ideas that are presented to him. In the ring, Hall has shown a natural ability for screen presence. The belief is that he is a surefire lock to become a WWE star once he is done training overseas. If he behaves, then Scott Hall might be brought in along with his son as well.

When it comes to the training that Hulk Hogan received before he became one of the biggest stars that WWE has ever seen, a lot of fans are familiar with the name Hiro Matsuda, the legendary performer who also trained Scott Hall and Lex Luger. However, none of us knew about Koko B Ware, who claimed in a recent interview that he secretly was the guy that trained both Hogan and Brutus Beefcake. Hogan does not acknowledge it.

Last night, the developmental wrestlers down at the WWE Performance Center got themselves a nice little treat. They were visited by Scott Hall, a man whom many of the performers watched when they were younger. He observed them working in the ring and even offered some advice. The belief is that Hall is interested in working as a trainer some day. He has a bit more time on his hand now that his son Cody Hall is off training in Japan.

Unlike a lot of his peers, Cody Hall does not want to capitalize on nepotism. He refuses to sign with WWE until he has proven himself to be more than just the son of Scott Hall, who was recently elected into the hall of fame. To further his training, the 6'8" wrestler is heading to New Japan. No word yet on whether or not he will wrestle for the promotion, but he definitely will be spending a good amount of time in their dojo, gaining some much needed seasoning.
